Phoenix: It's more something that started, and by doing so, ended an era. Keida's generation was the last to grow up with what would be considered a traditional childhood in his village; his own daughter attends (by legal mandate) a boarding school in the city.
Dragon: It would be very, very interesting to see Keida be forced to choose between his village and his family, particularly his daughter. Don't worry about that~
Unicorn: The fact that in any other story, he'd be a very obvious Hero Archetype, down to many aspects of his character design...but because the story is what it is, he alternates between being a supportive and antagonistic party member.
