I actually do have a copy of this book, but I didn’t have time to sit down and read it. So no, I haven’t read it yet haha

And I’m not surprised AT ALL that Krennic would’ve a record of that nor that other people in the Navy would hate his guts. Let’s be honest, the man is INSUFFERABLE, of course people hate him. Who wouldn’t hate him?

And of course he would’ve kept record of it to use it against them whenever he’d the chance.

☕️ Jedi Finn

send me a ☕️ and a topic and i’ll talk about how i feel about it

God Jedi Finn makes me long for the sequel trilogy we could’ve had-- I feel like Finn is such a powerful symbol of humanity within the First Order. I would have loved for Finn to give some kind of speech to the stormtroopers, and show that anyone can become a hero if they fight for the right cause-- I’m so incredibly disappointed they never explored Finn feeling conflicted killing stormtroopers, many of which were likely his friends or colleagues. 

I’m getting a bit off track here, but I would have also liked for Finn to have been more of the main character. He had the most interesting origin of all the protagonists imo, and I think him undergoing Jedi training and having to confront everything the First Order has instilled into him would have been really interesting to see unfold in the movies. So much missed potential :-(

I currently have dark purple hair - I had to go to the supermarket yesterday, so while I was food shopping I picked up some dye to cheer me up. It’s weird. I keep forgetting I did it and then being shocked by mirrors.

One of my favourite things in the world is going to a coffee shop for a piece of cake and a fancy coffee. Having a cup of instant and a bowl of porridge at my desk doesn’t really hit the same spot.

I am 20 years younger than my eldest sister, and 18 years younger than the other one. They had both moved out before I started forming memories, so I’m the youngest of three but sort of like an only child at the same time.

He would probably take it if he was very tired and it was somehow strong; though he wouldn't like it too much and wouldn't mind expressing his disgust.

'Give me a character' thing: Kylo Ren

hnnng oh my god thank youuuuuuu

How I feel about this character

I thought he was pretty cool at first in TFA, but now after watching these from Hux’s perspective, he’s kind of a major pain in the ass (I’m a big Adam Driver fan and I thought the way that he portrayed Kylo was amazing but Kylo’s still a jackass)

All the people I ship romantically with this character

death um honestly I tried getting behind kylux but they had no chemistry other than ‘I wanna fucking murder you’ and I’m SUPER anti-r*ylo so I don’t rlly ship him with anyone

My non-romantic OTP for this character

again he doesn’t really have chemistry with anyone (and I’m pretty sure he doesn’t have any friends because he’s a big meanie) but I’d ship him with some Xanax, a good therapy session, and some anger management classes 

My unpopular opinion about this character

his hair was superior in TLJ, his personality was better/more intimidating in TFA, and I just pretend that TROS never happened

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

I would’ve liked to see him either actually interact with Leia or have Hux shoot him at some point (like in TLJ when Kylo was laying on the ground in the throne room and Hux started pulling out his blaster, I want to see what would’ve happened if he did shoot him)

☕️ Padme and Anakin’s relationship

I personally like both their friendship and romance (until the very end with the tragedy and all but Palpatine was manipulating Anakin but I have OTHER thoughts on that). Their romantic relationship isn’t just them rushing into it. It’s built on mutual understanding and a very strong friendship between two adults. I think they could’ve lived a very happy life together if Palpatine hadn’t been in the picture and if Anakin had gotten the help he so desperately needed.

HOWEVER! I don’t like the way some fans (I mostly noticed this on tiktok) made jokes about Padmé gr*oming Anakin or calling her a p*dophile because that’s just super inappropriate and not even true. There was no hint of romance between them until nearly the end of AotC when they were both adults and had strengthened their friendship.

I personally really like Anidala as a ship and have used elements of it and drawn parallels to it with my Kylo/OC content
