I actually don’t have a favorite obscure villain. I know the names of some, but I like knowing characters writing before I draw them.

I did notice though that there isn’t many drawings, or videos of, or on Chronos from The Atom.

I find that kind of strange considering that on the wiki it says he’s The Atoms archenemy!

I haven’t read many comics with this guy (I actually had to go through my comic books to answer this!), but I personally like his design when he got old. His early costume is fun to draw though.

I need to read more comics so I can have more interesting answers!

Besides Poison Ivy, this Injustice Gang is fine. I wish Chronos actually had time control powers, but he never does. But Mirror Master and The Shadow Thief are both fun. The others are more of a sliding scale of quality, to me. (Justice League of America #111):
