Did not expect to get as far as I did with this one!
Thrusters by far took the longest. I strung together 10 reps in the beginning, then that drastically went down to anywhere between 4-6 reps with short(ish) rest periods between.
The row took just over a minute each time. Box jump overs were hard by the time I got to them, just tried to keep a consistent pace.
The v-ups were good, and the bike was hard - but was happy by that point to almost be done with the round.
