I was dreading going into this one knowing it would hurt. I thought maybe 20 minutes might be too short, it gave me just over 6 minutes for each round and I knew the 20 cals on the bike would take up at least 2 minutes.
The first round on the bike was about 1.43 mins then I took an aaaaage with the stone, alternated shoulders with each rep and each of them felt like such a huge effort #dramatic. V-ups had to be broken into sets of 5 and the barbell reps into two with 5/5. Ended up finishing the round in 7 mins.
Round 2 I tried to go into it a little harder knowing I was behind in time - but was really tired lol, the bike took around 2.08 mins. Had less rest between deadball reps and tried to string together more reps unbroken with the v-ups. The barbell was broken again into 5/5. Finished this round in 6.57 mins.
The last hallelujah round I knew I had to knuckle down - I can’t even remember what my bike time was cos I quickly got off to get to the deadball lol. Reps were definitely faster and the v-ups had much less rest between reps too. Really wanted to go unbroken with the barbell but lungs just couldn’t handle - did them 6/4. Finished this one in 5.53 mins which goes to show how sluggish my first two rounds were lol.

20 Alternating Lunges w/ 15lb Weight
1 Minute Rest
RESULT: Completed. Handstand push-ups got tough but felt good!

AMRAP 14' 10 OHS (50/35kgs) 15 V-Ups 400mts Run 10 Push Ups Did 4 Rounds + 3 V-Ups with 40kgs. I felt very comfortable with that weight, should've used at least 45kgs... 😔
