Day 2 week 2 of my #canditotraining cycle was lower body. Pretty sure this is a rep PB for me at this weight. 7 reps at 147.5kg. Followed this with 5x3 at 142.5kg. My form on a few of these reps is a bit sketchy and I will be working on this over the coming weeks to nail my squat technique. I freaking love this gym btw. I have to say, the support that everyone has for each other is like nothing I have ever seen before. For 3 pretty much strangers to come and spot me on that last rep and motivate me through it was awesome. Any powerlifter in Sydney would be a fool to not come try this place out!
