Damian mentions from the very first panel that he has a plan to fix this mess as he's his father son:

And after the Batman vs Robin comic it was much needed some positive interaction between that parent and child duo. Damian is right, he has inherited his father's wit and leadership skills and more importantly he was trained by the Bat himself so in a time of need ( like now for example) he's ready to fill in his shoes and succeed.

My Personal interpretation for the preview of Superman/WonderWoman #13

These panels of Superman/Wonder Woman #4 reminded me how I was seduced by Kingdom Come.

Some people show disdain for this pairing because as they say, 'it's too easy', 'there is no tension' or 'they are both perfect'. Nothing could be further from the truth. The reason why SMWW was able to win me over is the fact that it isn't easy. Yes these are both superheroes, yes they're both awesome, yes they have common ideals but they have very different views on how to reach them. Diana & Clark have very different backgrounds; one is an alien raised by Kansas farmers the other is a goddess raised by a tribe of Amazons (you can't get more distinct than that). Diana isn't a 'superwoman' nor is Clark a 'wonderman'. If you want this union to work it takes some effort, it takes some time for them to understand each other's point of view. This is very challenging and exciting at the same time. I guess this is the most interesting thing about relationship in the end. I really hope Charles Soule writes more discussions like that in future issues; this one was very enjoyable
