Second, if we're talking about canon? No. Untrue.
Third, congratulations then because you hate half of the female characters in DC if this is your reason to hate one!
See the issue does not only apply to Babs, but to other characters too.
Take Diana, for example.

HOWEVER.

Just know that even in Teen Titans 1966, basically all the other Fab Five (Wally, Roy, Garth) had something for Donna (Garth more like in future comics tho? And... Being stuck in what you consider (and is) a nightmare, in which you apparently married your the other one and had kids with them.
