Hello @everything-walt-wanted I thought it would be best if I made a post about my PI instead of sending you a large wall of text. For my PI the interviewer told me her name (REMEMBER YOUR INTERVIEWERS NAME! you want to thank them at the end!) and explained what the process of the interview would be like. She asked me If I was familiar with the Disney Look, and then if I had any tattoos that could be seen over a one piece bathing suit which I did (and overestimated the size of them oops!) She asked about dorming with others and I said I was used to it, as this year and last year I lived with four other people and then how I would make international students feel welcome She actually did not ask me why I wanted to do the Disney program, but rather how I thought it would benefit me professionally as I am graduating in May. She asked about my current work experience and she wanted to know more about it. As I am a Student Caller on my campus, the people who call alumni for money, it led her to ask about some of my top role choices. I had Attractions and Front Desk/ Concierge as my top choices as I am studying Hospitality. MY Attractions questions were: •How are you with dealing with repetitive tasks/ how do you not get bored ((don't remember the exact phrasing)) •What if you mess up your spiel? • How are you when it comes to dealing with the Florida heat? ( I made a joke about how I am looking forward to the heat as I'm not a huge fan of the snow and cold here in NY and she laughed) •If you worked on Space Mountain and a child wanted to go on the ride who was not tall enough how would you respond? Front Desk/Bell Service/Concierge •Can I lift heavy objects? • how would you greet a guest as you are the first face they would see? • She then asked a question about life guarding, and I told her it was low on my list as unfortunately I am not a strong swimmer She then asked some question I think about something involving either disabilities or something like that? If anyone's had a PI before and would love to elaborate please do! You will do fine, don't over prepare and read from notes and SMILE!!! If you want my answers tell me and I'll make another post!
