Yup... Literally say out loud in your head "stop!" or "no!" These simple words interrupt the momentum of the negative thoughts. 2. Ask yourself, "What's the best case scenario?" Thinking of a more positive outcome will redirect your thoughts onto what you do want, rather than spiraling out into thoughts of what you don't want. 3. Repeat a positive affirmation to help you reconnect to the everpresent peace within you. Some examples include, I am safe, All is well, The Universe Has My Back.
