yellow: five turn ons.
Definitely passion; Byakuya enjoys learning new things and experiencing new events. You must be able to entertain him, in conversation and realizations, about something interesting. Enthusiasm carries over and makes one a joy go be around.
Second, confidence. You must know and be comfortable with yourself or he will not give you a second thought. Confidence is not the same as arrogance, however, something everyone despises. That is not to say one should undermine their abilities for the sake of looking humble, but being an arrogant pest is no good for anyone.
Intellect is probably obvious. This is associated with passion-- what you care for deeply you tend to research more about. Byakuya must be able to carry a conversation with someone on just about any topic. A wide range vocabulary and awareness makes him feel comfortable about discussing a variety of topics. It also assures him that you are no idiot or fool, and not a waste of time.
Of course there is etiquette. Byakuya has been raised in a prestigious, but dictating home. Often those he finds the best company with or dedicates the most time to are those whom dictate specific mannerisms on behalf of a graceful and political character. That is not saying you must be nobility to catch Byakuya's attention, but you must know how to assimilate into his world and feel natural in it. A respectable and honorable character is a must.
And overall understanding. Byakuya would want to be with someone that understands him and therefore, is able to tell him that he is wrong, or call him out on unfairness. Just as well, be able to appreciate all of himself and think of him tenderly. This is challenging, of course, as Byakuya hardly ever reveals his true nature to anyone. If so, a select few. This is why most relationships with Byakuya tend to always be escalated and evolved friendships.
Byakuya is actually an emotional and private individual. Physical attributes hardly mean anything to him if you are a stupid, arrogant, imbecile. And the best way to catch his attention is a very interesting first impression; something mysterious and educated, attractive in their own right and knowing this-- but with an overall character concerning more for other things besides themselves.
