Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 75C, and the chicken is no longer pink in the center. Remove from the grill and let the chicken breasts rest for a few minutes before serving.

Enjoy the smooth, creamy goodness of chicken Alfredo with a lively kick from ranch seasoning. Chicken breasts that are soft and seasoned with ranch are served over fettuccine pasta and covered in a rich Parmesan Alfredo sauce in this recipe.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 packet ranch seasoning mix. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 12 oz fettuccine pasta. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken breasts and season them with ranch seasoning mix. A skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it. For about three to four minutes on each side, brown the chicken. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked 165F or 74C thermometer. Follow the directions on the package to cook the fettuccine until it is al dente while the chicken is baking. Remove the water and set it aside. Heavy cream should be heated in a saucepan over medium-low heat until it begins to simmer. Slow down the heat and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix it in until it's smooth and creamy. Prepare chicken breasts and slice them. Then, serve them over cooked fettuccine. Add the Alfredo sauce and mix it well. Then eat the chicken and pasta. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

Ingredients: 4 chicken legs. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon ground coriander. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped. 1/4 cup raisins. 1/4 cup chicken broth. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced. 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together. Cover the chicken legs with the spice mix. Put chicken legs in a baking dish and cover them with chopped apricots and raisins. Mix honey, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice with a whisk in a different bowl. Then, pour the mix over the fruit and chicken legs. Put foil over the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Take off the foil and baste the chicken with the sauce. Bake the chicken without the foil for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until it is golden brown and cooked all the way through. If you want, you can serve it hot and top it with fresh herbs.
