Enjoy the creamy goodness of this low-carb strawberry swirl cheesecake. It's a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling bad about it. With an almond flour crust and erythritol for sweetness, it's a dessert that you can eat while following the keto diet without giving up taste.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup powdered erythritol. 6 tbsp butter, melted. 16 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup powdered erythritol. 2 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped. 2 tbsp powdered erythritol.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 325F 160C. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 1/4 cup powdered erythritol, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup powdered erythritol until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. In a small saucepan, heat the chopped strawberries with 2 tbsp powdered erythritol over medium heat. Mash the strawberries as they cook until they become a thick syrup. Drop spoonfuls of the strawberry syrup onto the cheesecake batter. Use a knife to gently swirl the syrup into the batter to create a marble effect. Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set. Once baked, let the cheesecake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving. Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!

The soft flank steak, fresh vegetables, and tangy cilantro chimichurri sauce in these grilled steak tacos make your mouth water. It's great for a quick and tasty meal!
Ingredients: 1 pound flank steak. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 small flour tortillas. 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon oregano. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 red onion, thinly sliced. 1 tomato, diced. 1 avocado, sliced. Lime wedges for serving.
Instructions: Get your grill ready for high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the flank steak and season it with salt and pepper to taste. For medium-rare, grill the steak for four to five minutes on each side, or longer if you like it more done. Take it off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, cut it against the grain into thin slices. Warm up the flour tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds on each side while the steak rests. Use a clean kitchen towel to keep them warm. Put chopped garlic, red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup olive oil, red pepper flakes, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a blender or food processor. This will make the cilantro chimichurri sauce. Mix until it's smooth. Place grilled steak slices, red onion, diced tomato, and avocado slices on top of each tortilla to make a taco. Put some of the cilantro chimichurri sauce on top of each taco. Put lime wedges on the side so that you can squeeze them over the steak tacos. Enjoy your tasty Cilantro Chimichurri Sauce on Grilled Steak Tacos!
