"What kind of trans are you?"

I was privately asked by a friend, who was genuinely curious. I figured to share what I told my friend in case others are curious. I was asked, "what kind of trans are you?" And nothing wrong with the question.

I am trans in that I have a trans identity. In short, I am Nonbinary. More specifically Genderqueer Demi-nonbinary Man + dude with They/He/Xe pronouns. I am a man, some of the times. And when I am a man, I don't know what I am. Gender is weird. Basically, I just not Cis. I am Cis-less. But yea, there I am.

This was my first time hearing someone refer to me in the 3rd person using "They" and FUCK it felt good. This is all still really new to me so I have to admit I'm not always comfortable with myself. But hearing/reading this just affirmed the hell out of my gender. I was grinning like a Cheshire cat 😁 My partner said this is called "gender euphoria" and it's truly a wonderful feeling. Cheers to being my most authentic self!

Okay, so I've just been identifying as demi-nonbinary since I didn't know anything else that fit, but I always feel part neutrois but then i also chnage from feeling part girl, to part boy to neutrois. I'm not sure if thats demiflux or demifluid, or just something else?

Well gender definitions are very set, so there are a few words that could work. You could use genderflux, or neutroisflux. You could use genderfluid if you wanted, or demigenderfluid. Demiflux or demigenderflux also work. I’ve heard that whether you use flux or fluid depends on whether your gender changes or whether just the intensity of it does; however, I personally feel like changing to a little bit of other genders is a flux not a fluid, but it’s completely up to you.
