I'm demisexual demiromantic. I want to find a relationship, but I'm always disheartened by how difficult I find it to connect to others. And even if I did find it easy, no one wants to be friends before getting into a relationship. Modern dating just seems so incompatible with how I am, so I've never tried.

I've never had a relationship or trusted anyone enough to even have my first kiss yet and I fear I never will.
