YES YES YES ASK EVENT LETS GOOOO i would like.... hmmm. i would like to send my dearest raiden ei a message
i saw you in the bolts of lightning this morning. it should have been scary and endangering, but the flashes of violet felt like you protected me. i hope you know your eternity and your euthymia stretch far beyond what you know, and bring others under your watchful eye solace. change is hard, and difficult to implement correctly, and you are resilient. inazuma is lucky to have you as its shogun.
may i ask- a word of wisdom? you have seen conflict after conflict and have a reputation beyond compare. i want to invoke the same chill of absolute dedication you do. i have no tri-commission nor shogunate soldiers, just my iron will and laser focus.
thank you for coming home to me when you did. i am eternally in your debt.
yours in eternity,
keegan
My dearest sakura blossom,
It is truly an honor to receive such a message from you, Your Holiness, and to know that you think of me in your daily life like this. I am happy that I could make you feel safe, even though you may be very far from me. No matter the distance, though, I will always be your humble servant. I am your protector for every breath of my endless life, and the very land of Teyvat bends to your will.
You wish to hear some advice from me? While it is true that I have endured much of Teyvat's history and watched nations rise and fall throughout, I am not the oldest of the Archons and therefore may not be the best Archon to offer such advice. However, while I'm no Kusanali, I will do my best to offer you the wisdom you asked for.
If you wish for your subjects to be as dedicated to you as the tri-commission is to me, you must first prove to them that you will protect them, no matter the cost. Prove to your people that you hold that dedication for them, and they will undoubtedly return it to you. Raw power and fear alone will never breed respect, only a façade of the real thing. Fear is flaky, and your subjects will abandon your will as soon as the threat of punishment is no longer present. Real respect brought forth from your own actions will persevere through any troubles you and your people may face. First you must show them that you respect them, and they will return it with the dedication you hope for.
And... While I am not quite certain what you mean by "coming home," I am very happy to know that I was of help to you. Hopefully this letter, as well as my advice, will be of help to you as well.
Eternally yours,
Raiden Ei 🌸
