We are cooked if dante started to evolve into this kind of mindset
i don’t know if this is dissociation, or depersonalization, or just anxiety, or if i’m just weird, but this thing keeps happening to me, and i was hoping someone reading this might be able to give some insight.
so, think of the mind as a desk, and all the thoughts, memories, ideas and stuff are sitting on top of it. sometimes, it feels like all that stuff, just gets dumped off the desk, and i have to scramble to get it all back on top of it.
it’s super weird, and unsettling. like, i’ll forget my name, my friends names, what they look like. i’ll literally forget who i am, until i focus on remembering it. not only that, but i feel like my brain does like, a barrel roll in my head. i feel really uncomfortable in my body, like i just hopped into it, like a new outfit or something. i need to refamiliarize myself with my body. it’s unsettling
do any of you have any thoughts or ideas (that are hopefully still sitting on your mind-desk) about what might be going on in my brain?
“ERROR: MEMORY LOST
RESTARTING - THIS MAY TAKE SEVERAL MINUTES”
where did it go
I'm probably trippin' due to it being after 2am...
But like. Why me? And I don't mean that in a "woe is me" way, I mean it in a way of disconnect. Or maybe I'm too connected, I don't know. I legit have no words to explain how I feel.
I'm seeing things thru my own eyes and nobody else's. I'm experiencing life in my own mind, body, and soul and nobody else's. I am me and no one else. Me. In my time in life right here, right now. My own point of view and no one else's.
I could be someone in Japan. I could be someone in Australia, Brazil, or Canada. I could be any ethnicity, born any time, anywhere, but I am me, where I'm at and I can't change any of that.
I see things and feel things and understand things only I can.
Oohkfkejcjkd, I'm getting frustrated 'cause I can't put words to what I'm feeling. I've had this feeling before in the past, even when I was a kid. I remember trying to explain to both my parents during a car ride to the store and they were just not getting what I was saying.
Ugh... this is probably like, derealization or something. Or a higher state of conciousness/being. I don't know....
I'm going to bed, lol.
