Week 4, day 2. #destinationVictory I workout Bc I want to live a long productive active life. I want to live a happy, more fulfilled & low stress life! Exercise gives me the boost to achieve those goals! I didn’t always feel that way. I have always like to be active but I also like to sit & eat. I have moved away from the sitting and eating for socialization. which makes others uncomfortable, I have fought a tough battle with food for a long time. I can easily slip into shoving randomness into my face Bc it’s sitting in front of me. Especially in a social setting. It’s a shift for me, I don’t judge anyone for their choices...however, I do have less patience when someone complains about how they feel after they eat & eat & eat. I prefer to be present with my food, I prefer to be present with my relationships...when I combine them, I’m simply multi tasking! This is my #journey. It’s not for me to tell you what you NEED to do. I’m going to do me. If you like what I’m saying...maybe start adopting a couple habits. If you think it’s #crazypants thinking, I’m good with that too. I know I feel better, I move more and I have more energy, patience & kindness. #doyou
