Casting all roles, auditions on Sunday Jan 15th 2023 (please arrive for about 12.30pm, auditions commence at 1pm), at our rehearsal base Chestnut Community Centre, 1-3 Poplar Close, Brixham, Devon, TQ5 0SA. - We are casting for all roles, we welcome people of all levels of experience, and from all backgrounds & demographics. - Actors who are minors (auditioning for Little Cosette, Gavroche and Petit Gervais) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - Rehearsals commence the following Sunday at the same place/ time and then on Sunday afternoons, and wednesday evenings. - Shows at various venues around South Devon, in May/ June 2023 - Actors and crew must be based in the South Devon area and able to attend rehearsals and performances in person. - As things stand this is paid by profitshare. This means that each person involved receives an equal split of the total profits of what is earned from ticket sales at performances. There are no deductions for costuming and rehearsal venues as our second-hand-things-on-ebay-fundraising just about covers that. You will also recieve footage (we film at least one performance) and portfolio character photos (we always do a big photoshoot day to promote the show) as well as copies of all press and audience feedback/ reviews.
