this is my first arcane fanart ever, so i'm a bit nervous ;--; I tried hard to reference Viktor's features while staying in this style but not sure if it worked. But i'm still proud of it!! This is Viktor around 17. in the fic, he was adopted by Vander and Silco. No guesses who dressed him here :3 heuehue.

After the doctor hurts Rio, a freshly-orphaned Viktor is taken in at The Last Drop. Years later, there’s a riot on the bridge. When Silco doesn’t return, Viktor sets out to find him — only to witness one father trying to drown the other.

In which child-Viktor refuses to abandon Silco; an act of devotion that changes the trajectory of Zaun’s uprising. While Vander makes deals with the Enforcers, Silco builds an empire in the dark. Someone has to fund his son’s endless charity work. And send the kids to school. And cure Grey Lung in ten years. Being a single-parent of revolution is hard.

There’s siblings-of-divorce, waverider eggs, volatile crystals…and a Piltie wandering around the Lanes looking for blue gems. Viktor was impressed it took this long for the man to get mugged. Luckily for Jayce, Viktor’s very good with knives.

Chapter 5 update: Little Viktor meets tiny Jayce! :D (Jayce is about 6 and Vik is just-8). Vander learning the ropes of fatherhood. AU: Zaundads took Viktor in, pre-divorce!

This art is a bit of a study. I hope they're sort of recognisable. Kids are so difficult! any criticisms welcome i just want to yap about these two sweeties.

...first attempt at drawing a toddler ;A; this painting of baby Viktor was painted by his (biological) father in this fic's timeline! Does Viktor's mum resemble anyone we know? 👀

Chapter 3 is now up! this fic is about 7-year-old Viktor who gets taken-in by Zaundads, pre-River-Divorce. It changes the course of Zaun's revolution.

Your characterization of young Silco is just so perfect aughhhhh I love him sm... this poor man has No Idea how messy his and Vander's breakup is about to be 😭✋ Also, I can't wait to see him enter his kingpin/single mom era & how that might clash with his and Viktor's relationship. Viktor would be a balm to his grief and a connection to his humanity, but also his biggest weakness and I think he might have a hard time coming to terms with that. That being said,, I absolutely adore your fic I'm so excited for the next chapter!! Please don't feel overwhelmed to update or anything and remember to take care of yourself!!!! <3333

Thank you so so much for this, I feel enabled and loved 🥹 also adore the “kingpin / single mom era” for Silco because he really be single mothering the nation of Zaun and his adopted son Viktor, light of his life…(and yes, he would absolutely be a weak spot a mile wide for any and all enemies 👀)

You did also get me thinking about the Zaundads bridge divorce though so now have a WIP painting….
