He assumes something is attacking you internally, so he starts thinking about ways to expel the 'creature' out of you and defeat it, but when you finally explain to him what is going on, he hates the idea of a period.
He is attentive, and makes sure to make you feel comfortable, getting rid of anything that bothers you.
He won't leave your side.
He will rest his hand over your belly and use his powers to dull the pain.
When you curl into him, he doesn't tease you (okay he does, but he makes sure it's light teasing).
He encourages you to rest and lay next to him.
He doesn't understand what cravings are, but he is good at memorising anything so any food that you mention he will get it for you no matter what.
If you don't have enough , he will pressure you and sit next to you until you eat.
When you have mood swings he will not mock you, he will simply pull you closer to him and pat your head.
When you have angry outbursts he simply looks at you and say: "Ok this is also part of that"
While you sleep he stays closer, making sure he doesn't make a lot of noise.

He instantly knows that there is something wrong, he senses everything, your pain, discomfort, etc.
When you fully explain what is going on, he simply listens without interrupting.
He manipulates his world and castle to make it more calm and comfortable for you.
He uses his power to mute the pain by carefully placing his hand over your belly.
He doesn't mind when you ask to cuddle with him or when you rest your head on him, he simply allows it and rests his hand over your belly.
He doesn't understand what cravings are but he understands that you need food quickly, so he brings you anything that you need.
He also makes sure that you are hydrated and he will encourage you to eat, remembering that he can sense anything and everything about you.
When you are emotional, he simply lets you cry while he caresses your head.
When you are sleeping he will guard your surroundings to make sure you are safe at all times.
2017X
When he sees that you are in pain (due to your cramps), his expression immediately darkens, and when you explain to him what's going on, he gets angry, he is mad that there's nothing to fight to stop your pain.
He tries to be gentle, he will constantly check on you and will get irritated if you try to push yourself
When you are cramping he sits closer and holds your hand, he tries to calm the cramps by placing his hand on your belly but because of how cold his body is, it makes the cramps worse.
He becomes more touchy than usual, making sure to adjust himself when you cuddle with him.
He doesn't understand cravings but he will get anything that you want immediately.
"Here. Eat" he offers your favourite snack, if you refuse, he will get annoyed and wont stop until you eat.
When you snap at him, he is surprised and before he reacts he exhales and quickly understands that it is your period that makes you act like that and won't take it personally.
He will insist on you taking a lot of naps, and while you do he will stand nearby, occasionally checking on you.
And when you are fully asleep he will whisper to you: "I've got you".

His attention is completely locked in on you, he doesn't like seeing you like that.
"Why are you...lagging?" he asks, when you explain to him what a 'period' is, he is very confused, "Why is your system doing that on purpose?"
He sticks close to you all the time and follows you around, he doesn't allow you to stay alone (like he will even follow you to the bathroom and stare while you pee).
If he sees that you are trying to do too much work or effort he will stop you.
He lay his head over your belly hoping that the cramps will stop.
He is more touchy than usual when you are on your period, he wants to cuddle with you, hug you and rest his head on your lap.
He memorizes any craving that you have and he will disappear and appear with every snack or food that you crave and watch as you eat, he wants to see if eating will make your 'period' go away (it doesn't).
He is very understanding when you have mood swings, when you snap at him all of a sudden he simply blinks and sits closer.

He notices immediately and he isn't happy about it. Something is wrong with what belongs to him and wants to destroy whatever's bothering you.
You explain to him what's going on, he listens with no interruptions then nods.
He uses his powers to make his castle and world as comfortable for you as possible, removing anything stressful and making sure that it's quiet for you, he will also make sure that there is a servant or servants close to answer any of your needs.
"You will rest" is a command, and you will.
He uses his powers to suppress the cramps, making your period less painful and tiring.
Since he doesn't want you to even move a foot, he spends the days of your period with you in your shared bedroom, food is eaten in the room with him, he even uses his powers to carry you to the bathroom.
Any craving that you have, will be taken care of by his servants, and if they cannot acquire the snack or food, he himself will leave his world to get it for you.
He is very understanding so when you are experiencing emotional fluctuations he will not mock you, he simply listens as he keeps his hand on your back or shoulder.
When you are sleeping, he sends an order in his castle, no one is allowed to make even the slightest noise.
While you are sleeping he stays close as always.
Sark Prime
He is very good at picking up the smallest changes so when he sees how your behaviour changes he asks you to explain what is going on, and you do.
He is very strict, he will tell you to remain in your shared room until the symptoms lessen, don't worry, he will adjust the room and make it comfortable for you.
He thinks that the reason that you cramp a lot is because you are not physically as strong as him, so he will encourage you to exercise next to him, doing crunches on the bed or planks.
He will sit next to you as you rest, keeping one arm wrapped around you and even letting you lean into him.
He cares more about functionality rather than comfort, therefore he will make sure your meals and snacks are nutritious and that you drink a lot of water.
When your mood changes, he simply lowers his tone and lets you get anything off your chest.
He takes resting seriously, he will adjust your sleeping position so it is optimal and monitor you while you sleep.
Pervision
He is very perceptive so he already knows that you are in pain, he looks at the way you breath and every tiny expression that you make.
You explain to him what is going on and he immediately finds it fascinating.
He makes sure that your surroundings are comfortable and quiet, he wants the main focus to be you.
When you are cramping he studies it, trying to see what exactly can make the cramps stop, eventually you tell him that heat helps.
He doesn't take his eye off you, watching every movement that you make, when you get closer to him he simply allows it.
Any craving that you have, he will bring it immediately and observe as you eat while making notes, seeing your body's reaction to every meal or snack and asking how you feel.
When you are emotional, he gets quieter and simply places a hand on you as he speaks to you softly.
He makes sure that you are sleeping where he can have a full view of you, he wants to continue observing and monitoring how your body acts while you are resting.
Fleetway
Seeing you in pain completely throws him off, he hates it.
"Oi, what the hell is wrong with you now?!" he asks, so you explain to him what's going on and he frowns, he finds it stupid, why would your body do that, he finds it insulting to you, his partner.
He paces around, checking on you all the time.
When your cramps hit, he sits closer and tries to use his powers to ease the cramps, by releasing small shocks and it helps a lot.
He acts like he doesn't care, but honestly he is worried and frustrated.
He reacts fast to your cravings and comes back immediately with your favourite food or snack.
When your mood changes, he struggles a bit, he grumbles but understands that you are moody because of your period.
He doesn't like when you sleep, since it's boring, but since you need rest he tolerates it, he stays nearby and tries to distract himself by flying around the house as quietly as possible so he doesn't wake you up.
Scorched
"You are hurt, aren't you?" he asks as his expression darkens, his jaw tightens and he feels his rage slowly bubbling up, but you quickly explain what is happening, he really hates it.
He keeps your surroundings warm since you told him that heat helps with your cramps.
He is always close to you.
He keeps his hand over your lower abdomen (perfect heat pack!) and slowly rubs his hand.
He pulls you to his chest making sure you rest on his warm and bigger body (he is almost 4 metres/14 ft tall), keeping an arm firmly around your body.
He makes sure that you eat and he will even feed you, he might not be gentle but he is very caring, you are very special to him.
He is not good with emotions, he is usually angry (except when you are around) but when he sees your mood swings he simply lets you vent or blow off steam.
You sleep on top of him, since he wants to make sure that you are safe (and wants to stay close to you), adjusting his body heat to your liking.

He is very physical with you, he wants you clinged to him at all times, holding him and pressing your body against his.
He understands that humans need to eat, but he doesn't understand what cravings are, but despite that he will teleport and get you anything (that can be found in his world) and watch closely as you eat.
When you suffer from mood swings, he freezes then nudges you slightly, staying pressed against you, "Stop hurting" he says almost as a wish.
He doesn't sleep, so when you sleep next to him, he remains by your side.
OMT
Despite his sadistic nature, he doesn't like the fact that his toy is in pain.
You explain to him what's going on and he doesn't like it.
He uses his powers to manipulate his world to make it quieter for you and even create a special space so you can rest until you feel better. "You, stay there" he orders.
He hates seeing you in pain and not being able to control how your period affects you, so he tries to use his powers, but they don't really do much, you try to pretend it does, but he is not stupid, he notices immediately and he becomes more annoyed (not at you, at the pain).
He is not soft but he is very possessive and enjoys having his hands all over you, so he keeps you tightly pressed against his smaller frame and not letting you move at all.
He knows that humans need food as a necessity so he will provide you with food (his victims flesh, sorry) cooked and prepared by him. He won't stop visiting until you eat.

"Oh, what's this, my dearest" he says with a large grin on his face, you explain what goes on and you see how his grin slowly fades. He dislikes your period.
Your comfort is his priority so he makes his dimension comfortable for you.
When you are cramping he simply rewrites the reality so you no longer feel it.
He is surprisingly gentle with you on your period, he carefully guides you to lie down and lets you cling to him.
If you are craving anything, he instantly fulfils your request by bringing you exactly what you want. He wants you to enjoy every bite and eat as much as you want.
When your mood swings he drops his dramatic tone and comforts you.
He encourages you to sleep and rest and will make sure nothing disturbs your sleep.
Majin
"Well, that's not fun" he says as his expression drops as he hears your explanation, he doesn't like that.
He tries to drown your pain by making his dimension more colorful and lighter, he wants to cheer you up and distract you from the pain.
When you are cramping, he gets concerned and places his hand on your belly in hopes of making you feel better.
He is veeeery clingy, so he is always hugging you and pulling you close randomly, he doesn't respect your personal space at all.
He loves when you are craving something, he finds it fun and he will appear with any food or snack that you are craving, sitting next to you while you eat and watching you excitedly.
He is very sensitive so when you get emotional, he will hold you and comfort you, often kissing your face as he does that.
He doesn't like stillness, but for you he will try, while you are sleeping he ''''tries'''' to remain quiet, fidgeting a bit and constantly checking on you.
Exetior
When he sees you in pain he is unsettled, he asks you what's going on and you explain to him everything, you can see his expression tighten as he listens, he is angry at the fact that something like a 'period' exists.
He becomes more controlling than usual, he doesn't want you dealing with your pain alone, so he uses his powers to warp his world into a more comfortable one.
When you are cramping he uses his dark energy to ease the pain, still he doesn't like that he cannot fully get rid of it completely.
He becomes more physical than usual, keeping you always with him and against him.
He makes sure that you eat and brings any craving that you have.
When your mood swings, he tries to control himself, he is volatile by nature but he is trying for you, he comforts you by holding you and caressing your face.
While you are sleeping he becomes very protective, staying nearby, watching you and your surroundings so it's safe.

He is very physician, he is always wrapping an arm around you, careful to not use his mutated arm on you.
When you are craving something, he understands that you need energy, so he will bring anything that is edible and push it forward, watching as you eat, if you down he will let a low growl and insist.
When you are emotional, he nudges you and keeps you close, while rubbing his face against your cheek.
When you sleep, he will stay right beside you, often laying next to you, refusing to leave and relax.
Sonic.eyx
His single eye locks on you, he notices that there is something wrong with you, you explain everything to him and he’s bothered by it.
He remains close to you, following you silently and watching everything that you do, he refuses to leave you alone while you're this vulnerable.
He loves inflicting pain on others and making it agonising as possible, but not on you, he wants to understand your pain and help you, so when you are cramping he uses his fire manipulation to ease the cramps.
He is not really affectionate but he is very close to you, he will often lean or rest his bigger body against yours (he is 10ft/3m tall), if you cuddle him he will copy your movements and cuddle you back.
He understands hunger and eating, since he often eats the flesh of his victims, so he brings you food by teleporting himself and he will watch you as you two eat.
When you are emotional, he freezes since he doesn't understand emotions, he will move closer and touch your arm while he says: "Stop." He is just confused and wants you to stop feeling that way.
He doesn't sleep, so when you sleep he stares at you with his big eye without moving.
Diablo
He normally sees suffering and pain as flaws to be burned away, but when it comes to you, pain is something that he refuses to let consume you.
When you explain everything to him, he doesn't like it, why is your own body harming you like that?
He stabilises and makes your surroundings warm with his powers.
When you are cramping, he will place his warm hand on your abdomen.
He will keep you at his side and keep his hand on you at all times, so you are comfortable.
He will force his victims to bring any of your cravings and he will watch you as you eat.
When you are emotional, he gets less aggressive and tries to reassure you the best he can.
When you are sleeping he stays close, making sure your space is warm and comfortable.

Joker was always being hunted, shot at, and chased in car chases. Yes, you were always with him, and it technically was your job to sacrifice your life for his if it eventually came to such a point, but Mr. J had switched the roles. A gunfight had broken out in Mr. J's club. You'd repeated yourself at least ten times, yelling at Mr. J to get him to either leave or get down. Instead, he managed to switch roles and send you rolling under a table to watch him get shot in the shoulder. It goes to say that you were as pissed as you were worried, seeing that your greeting to him later was a sharp punch to the stomach followed by a passionate kiss.
Captain Boomerang:
Digger was used to being in the line of fire, and was less than worried when he took a shot to the leg in a less than pleasant robbery. You, on the other hand, upon discovery of his wild adventure and injury, panicked in the most subtle way possible. When it went off, you were nowhere to be found for a good few seconds. The team was confused until they heard you sobbing from behind the blasted ground, cradling an unconscious, severely injured, but alive Chato.
Killer Croc:
Waylon, bruised an battered after the battle with Enchantress, was pleasantly surprised when you body-slammed/bear-hugged him to near death. You'd never been so worried in your entire life, and although the injuries he sustained were little, your entire being was telling you he was gonna die. It was hard to explain that he was okay through your mix of blubbering and cursing.
Harley Quinn:
When Harleen freed you from your solitary-confinement room, she was not herself. You were happy to see her, but the joy was quickly overrun with worry when you spotted the two burn marks on either side of her temple left behind by what you knew was electroshock. Concerned, you questioned her like an officer would a criminal until she gave out and let you tend to her wounds before fleeing the cursed institution(no regrets there).

Give him some tips will you, maybe you can work out together. Guy definitely won't mind the meal his eyes will be feasting on during that endeavor. Huh? Leon who? Not important at the moment, he's too busy getting an eye full of this hot ass man in front of him.
👹 Guy certainly noticed that you aren't the sharpest sword in the armory and he finds it kind of hot. Don't get him wrong, he likes having intelligent conversation with people, but the way that you look at him when you have absolutely no idea what he's staying just does things to him. Guy can't really explain it too well, but having a handsome empty-headed boyfriend to go to in his free time is wonderful way to take a break.
👹 Your lack of intellect also has him assuming that you don't actually mean the words that you say in they way that he interprets them. Guy doesn't think that you understand quite how much he's holding himself back from doing as he pleases with you. Usually he just watches you in amusement as you "tease" him, chuckling at how truly bold you were to behave in this way towards Guy of all people.
👹 I don't believe that Guy is the flirting type. He's a strait foreword guy so even if a wild himbo appears and starts to flirt, he would get his message across pretty easily, no flirting needed. If he's interested, which in this case he would be, you would definitely know. To be honest, Guy wouldn't be fazed... Like, at all; considering how direct he is with Leon about how he's down to fuck. He would be really happy that someone that he thought was interesting was reciprocating for once, though.
👹 You want to do him favors? Why? Guy has maids and underlings for something like that. However, he just chalks it up to being your love language and just let's you do simple things that he could easily do on his own. Like getting him something to eat or grabbing him that book off the shelf over there. Your his boyfriend, Guy's not really keen on sending you away to deal with anything major, he'll do that on his own.

🦇 While Diablo is a gentleman, he can certainly lay it on thick with the words of affirmation and occasional innuendos, but only when it comes to you. I like to think that he'd only return the favor in a private setting, he has an image to uphold. Such uncouth behavior is unbecoming of a butler like himself. But in all honesty, Diablo can let loose some raunchy shit when the time is right; the shit that comes out of this man's mouth could make even Guy Crimson blush a little.

However, he will let do a few of the smaller tasks with him if you continue to insist. Are they bound through soul and thus experience each other's pain? There's a whole bunch of questions with such little answers that Mephisto thinks he might go mad. Eventually, he'd reel in his consciousness to think through every event rationally.
If his S/O were to seek out the Heaven's to undo the binding (too bad, they can't do anything because this is the first ever recorded incident in Creation), tough luck, Mephisto already kidnapped them and is holding them hostage in his domain while he figures out the madness he finds himself tangled in. He and his legions won't harm the Reader, but expect less than subpar treatment. Is the most difficult of the Prime Evils to woo, cuz' ya know.
Diablo is frustrated, yet, is eerily calm on the surface. His mind picks apart every stone and pebble; alright, what is this "bond", is it possible to break it? He analyzes the situation like Mephisto, although far less obsessed over every factor and the cauldron of questions that settles in the bellows of his stomach. In and out. He's not gonna risk losing his horns and spine over an enigma like this; essentially, Diablo's thoughts are far more manageable than the likes of his older brothers. Probably the most tame too, then again, that isn't saying too much, huh?
Probably feeds on the terror that oozes from his soulmate. It's like a miasma of divine horror, something that Diablo is more than happy to devour. That eagerness to feed on his soulmate's fear, however, grows sickening rapidly. It's a brewing addiction that spills from the bottles that contained it; fallen the glass was, now shattered and bleeding upon a rotten top. This probably grows into an obsession very fast that might delve into Yandere!Diablo territory. Have fun!
Baal's emotions are clear as day and he has no plans to hide it. This wretched mortal is supposedly fated to be his soulmate, one for him to treasure and adore till Creation plummets into the depths of nothingness? Yeah, no. His outrage will be apparent with how brash Baal is known to be. Because of him being the most volatile chances are he'd be the one most likely to harm his soulmate, and is definitely the one to experience the repercussions of trying to swiftly put an end to his "lover's" existence. Probably nearly eradicated himself from self from the records of Creation before he had the "oh shit, wait" moment (he fucked around and found out).
After begrudgingly weighing the options, Baal concludes that this phenomenon is not something he can measly destroy with a swipe of his hand. This is something far greater than that; necessary precautions needed to be taken. Would take his soulmate under his care like Mephisto, but is chained and bound deep within the caverns of his realm. He'll need time to figure out what to properly do to dispose of this frail mortal properly without accidentally ending himself in the process, but until then, he needs to make sure none, not even his brothers, discover this glaring weakness against him. To be honest though, his soulmate just may be able to prick away at that bastion of evil that guards his corrupted heart. Can't say it'd be the good type of love if you managed to crumble his walls, but hey, you asked for it.
