another hc post because i was bored and can’t write anything these days 🍒 main masterlist || reader is mentioned to have hair in hal’s part

₊⊹ BRUCE WAYNE: He may not look like it but is a soft kisser. He kisses so tenderly that you forget you are making out with a human being, it starts feeling so comfortable, like he is made of cotton. But then his hands grab your waist and follow down to your hips, then you realize who you are making out with— which eventually makes you more excited and you wanna kiss him more. And once he gets comfortable with you and your relationship, he will kiss you any possible time.

₊⊹ DIANA OF THEMISCYRA: She likes hugging you while kissing. Her hands wrap around your waist and pull you to herself. She likes you kissing her first and then you taking all the control over the kiss because she loves it when you think you are the one in control— but you both know it’s actually her.

₊⊹ DICK GRAYSON: Dick does not have one specific kissing— he acts through emotions. He feels happy: softest kisses ever. He feels angry: Kisses so harsh they could even tear your skin apart. You two made up after a fight: Dives into your mouth as if you are the water that couldn’t touch his lips for months. He can be soft, tense, harsh, but all of the kisses are given with love.

₊⊹ HAL JORDAN: Sloppiest kisses, creates a mess. He will give you the best kiss but you will have to race his mouth to catch his moves. He is touchy while he kisses. His hands wanders around your body— but his favorite spot to be is in your hair. One is trapped and tangled in the locks of your hair while the other is holding your back. Your body must be pressed to his because how can he kiss you if not?? And if you two have a friends with benefits type of relationship, he will deny all the things he committed while kissing.

₊⊹ KARA ZOR-EL: Creates a mess, proud of what she creates. She would love kissing her significant other, but making out with them is another thing for her. She does it tenderly, with care and great excitement. She loves listening to your heartbeat as you make out. She doesn’t care about whether you are alone or not, she will peck your lips anytime.

₊⊹ ROY HARPER: Best kisses known to humanity. He will eat your lips out!! He hums when he kisses and his tongue is all over yours all the time. His intimacy is something you will get through time but once you’ve obtained it, you will see this side of him very often. He loves having you sit on his lap as you make out. He can initiate the kiss anywhere and it’d be with the same desire. He is just too good at this.

₊⊹ TALIA AL GHUL: She is a soft kisser. I honestly don’t think she has that much experience in kissing, but she kisses like she has because she is good at hiding her inexperience. She will care about you in ways nobody has ever had. With every gift, you will have make out sessions. She likes kissing your cheeks and leaving a lipstick mark there. Though, she will not let you swipe the mark off until the end of the day. She loves seeing the evidence of you belonging with her, and she with you.

She loves kissing in bed, her hair in tangles and your bodies close together… She loves kissing in bath, bubbles around your bodies and warm water… She starts slow, gets fast and ends slowly. DICK GRAYSON — My Hero Academia

I was between MHA or Demon Slayer, but I think Dick loves being a superhero so fucking much that he just relates to Izuku. He absolutely adores the action mixed with the funnier part and the rivalries inside and outside of the school.

He adores watching all the different backstories of the characters, crying and laughing in the same episode... He loves the versatility of the show.

His favorite character? Even though he sees himself in Izuku, his favorite male character is Todoroki and his favorite female character is Mina Ashido (because it kinda reminds him of Kori)

ROY HARPER — Buddy Daddies

He's a dad at heart and this mini show drove him crazy. He watched all 12 episodes in a day and rewatches them every time he can. It really got him!! The relationship between Rei, Kazuki and Miri makes him so emotional. He loves the ending and how well the closed everything but he WISHED they would've made a second season, or ANYTHING. But he understands that the show is perfectly closed and finished. He loves all the main characters equally and can't physically choose a favorite one

JASON TODD — Gachiakuta

Mainly for the aesthetics. This whole trashy vibe, metaphors with hell/heaven were really interesting for him. And he loves the idea of the vital instrument, he kept wondering for four days what could be his own vital instrument.

He didn't expect the show to be actually that deep, and he expected less that he would cry while watching it! When he started the show his favorite character was Enjin definitely. After finishing it it was either Jabber or Rudo.

He was very intrigued by the show and ended up buying all the mangas.

TIM DRAKE — Attack On Titan (courtesy of @suigenerisisadiva)

Shout out to Genny who told me this headcanon and hasn't left my mind since then. Tim would love Attack on Titan so fucking much. He would be the type to watch it over and over it trying to get all the easter eggs and foreshadowing. He absolutely adores how the plot evolved and how good the characters are written. Of course his favorite male character is Armin and his favorite female character is Hange. I think they sum up his personality very good.

Also, he's completely against The Rumbling but really appreciates how incredibly done Eren's character is.

HAL JORDAN — Ouran High School Host Club

Listen to me for a second. He was fairly young when the show was going on and he used to watch it after long days of missions. It's funny, it's light and it's interesting! It became his comfort show in someway because he could just disconnect from everything and watch stupid teenagers doing stupid stuff.

His favorite character has to be Tamaki, there's no other way.

WALLY WEST — Dan Da Dan

He's a lover boy AT HEART and seeing the scene of everything exploding behind Momo after Okarun says his name DROVE HIM INSANE. He NEEDED to see more about those two. It kills him a little how slow burn the show is and how dumb those two are, like, how can they not see they're completely in love with each other???

And then Aira and Jiji appeared, he was sure that he would hate them, BUT, they're adorable! Jiji is the cutest and dumbest boy ever and Aira is just too funny. He loved the Evil Eye Arc, he even got a poster of it in his room.

Seeing the end of season two destroyed him? Who's that lady inside of a Kaiju? What is going on? He want straight to the comic bookstore after the last Dan Da Dan Sunday

KARA ZOR EL — Sk8 The Infinity

She was queerbaited into watching this show. She saw a couple of edits of Reki and Langa and thought, alright there's some cute love story around here with skateboards, I'm interested.

And then she finished the show. Loved it.

She was not only queerbaited with Reki and Langa. BUT WITH JOE AND CHERRY.

Her favorite character ended up being Miya because he's hilarious, and also Reki because she could see herself in him on someway.

KORIAND'R — The Apothecary Diaries

Oh, she's thriving with the mystery mixed with the romance. She loves the ambient, the dialogues and the OUTFITSSSS. She might started watching it because she saw some edits of Jinshi but now she only cares about Maomao and her side quests. After finishing the two seasons she went straight to read the light novels, she has them stacked in her table beside the bed.

Her favorite character might be Maomao, but she has a soft spot for Lady Gyokuyo. She also loves how funny Lihaku is with Maomao

The Honorable Mentions!

Stephanie Brown: Refuses to Learn

Prides herself in not knowing how to play chess

Doesn’t even know how the pieces move, will start playing checkers instead

You know that meme where it’s like: “they don’t know i’ve been eating the pieces” that’s Steph at her core

Bruce has tried to sit her down to teach her but she just covers her ears and sings to herself

She’ll watch a game though, but will get bored if the thinking between moves takes longer than two seconds (enjoys Jason’s and Duke’s games the most)

Favorite piece is the Knight bc horsie

Alfred Pennyworth: The Chess God

It would be unfair to compare the common man’s skills against the man who literally taught Bruce and the Bats everything there is to know about chess

Literally invented chess in the Wayne Estate

It’s basically sacrilegious to play against Alfred, like playing against God himself

The only time anyone plays against Alfred is for permission to do something (usually something dangerous or stupid)

(yes, this also applies to Bruce Wayne)

“I don’t care if I’m injured Alfred, Scarecrow is still out there!”

*pulls out chessboard*

“On second thought, Alfred, I think I will go to bed. Good night Alfred.”

 The only time Alfred has ever lost in chess was against Martha Wayne

7. Jason Todd: God Awful

Listen, Jason is too impatient for chess

That man has undiagnosed ADHD and anger issues, you think he’s gonna win being aggressive the whole time?? Fuck no

Loses to the computer on level 1

Will not play with you if asked, the man would play dumb

“I’ve never learned chess”

“??? Bruce Wayne is your father???”

“What’s that got to do with anything?”

Bruce did teach him as a kid but all he got from that was how the pieces move (and even then he gets the bishop and rook confused a lot and move the knight in too big of an L shape)

Talia tried to teach him better when he was with the League but she gave up when she won ten times in a row against the same moves

Favorite piece is the Queen bc it can do the most moves

6. Duke Thomas: Better than Jason, Decent

Duke takes his time when he plays but he’s still kinda learning the rules

Did not even know there were strategies and certain moves until Damian mentioned them offhandedly during a game

Tries to think a few moves ahead but gets overwhelmed with pressure and goes with his gut

Would crumble in a tournament setting, the timers would be too much pressure

Would get better over time and be a good casual player to play against, Dick plays against him the most

Never won against Bruce, tried once, got obliterated, and hasn’t won since

Goal in life is now to beat Bruce in one game of chess

Bruce is looking forward to it

Favorite piece is the Rook bc it’s easy to remember (just horizontal or vertical)

5. Dick Grayson: Decent +

The kind of casual player that you would think you could wipe the floor with and then he beats you in under ten moves

Plays against kids and elders at the park and always lets his opponent win (they never know though, he plays just tough enough to make them sweat a little before giving them the win)

Couldn’t beat Bruce as a kid, can hold an even match as an adult (still loses a lot though)

Too casual for tournaments, this is just something to pass the time for him

Definitely plays chess online during the slow days at his day job, this man gets so bored doing paperwork all the time he just uses the Bludhaven PD computer to play against random players

His user is “TheN1ghtwing” and it starts a whole reddit thread about how good/bad Nightwing is at chess even though no one can confirm that it’s actually Nightwing it becomes a meme

Dick finds this meme hilarious as it transcends to other online games, the more obscure and out of left field the better (think Webkinz, Neopets, Pony Town; some are edits but some are very real and Dick will die before he tells anyone which are which)

Favorite piece is the Knight bc he likes how it moves (also bc horsie)

4. Tim Drake: Good

Excellent strategist and takes the game very seriously

Almost too seriously

Could not play in a tournament, would lose immediately when the timer runs out in the middle of his thinking

OR he gets spooked by the timer and makes a rash move and now he has to move at lightening speed in order to try and win

Will spend a good twenty minutes between moves to try and calculate every possible move you or he could make, thinks fifty steps ahead

As a result his games usually span hours or even days as he can’t very well sit for sixteen hours at a time to play chess (as much as he wants to)

Because he leaves in the middle of games so often, the Wayne Manor now has two chess boards and one is exclusively for Tim and his games

Will sometimes play himself during difficult cases as a way to work through his thoughts by using the pieces as stand ins

Plays online chess during his lunch break, will take the whole break for one game it drives his opponent insane (that’s if they stay, after the two minute mark they usually leave bc they think he went afk)

Favorite piece is the Bishop bc diagonals are easy for traps

3. Cassandra Cain: Very Good (Surprisingly)

Basic understanding of the rules and how to play, Bruce explained how each piece moved once and she’s been rocking ever since

Can read you like a fucking book, that girl is on to you the second you move your pawn to E4

Uses the queen a bit too much like girl, there’s other pieces (will still win with just a queen btw it’s kinda impressive)

Was the youngest to beat Bruce at chess of the Bat kids, she was super nonchalant about it bc she wasn’t sure what “check” looked like so Bruce was just staring at the board like:

“...You won, Cass.”

“?”

“Congratulations.”

“!”

Will trash talk to get the upper hand, sometimes her dry wit will make Dick laugh so hard he accidently touches a piece (this is a one touch household) and is forced to move

Favorite piece is actually the King because the way Jason plays is so bad that Cass’ King usually captures his special pieces whenever he does his aggressive play and it brings her joy to see a grown man toss a table when she uses the King to take his Queen

(Jason refuses to play her ever again)

2. Bruce Wayne: Very Good +

Man grew up with chess as the game to play during game night instead of fucking Mouse Trap, ofc he’s gonna be fucking good at it

Bruce’s fondest memories is playing chess with his mom and dad, they taught him along with Alfred how to play

Bruce would have been on the chess team at the academy if he didn’t quit playing after his parents’ murder

It wouldn’t be until Dick asked him how to play that he would pick it up again

Very rusty but can beat Alfred on a good day (though he doesn’t even bother attempting)

After Dick, Bruce made it a tradition to teach the kids in his care how to play chess

He even played a few games with Clark and Diana (usually would beat Clark but sometimes he comes out of left field with a win that baffles Bruce to no end; has never won against Diana)

He’s pretty casual when he plays against most of his kids, the only ones he gets serious with is Dick, Cass, and Damian (don’t tell Duke, he’d cry if he knew Bruce was going easy this whole time)

Favorite piece is the King because that was his dad’s favorite piece

Damian Wayne: The Best

Chess was Damian’s equivalent to playing the crossword at the League, his daily puzzle to get the brain pumping in the morning

This kid knows every move, every opening, every strat

Kid was beating his grandfather when he was six

Doesn’t consider himself a prodigy bc this is par for the course according to him; could and would make Grandmasters weep

Didn’t understand the point of casually playing until he was at the Manor; thought chess was a measuring instrument for skill and intelligence rather than a boardgame

Has beaten Bruce a handful of times (has made his old man sweat in his leather seat) and considers those victories to be the equivalent to crack cocaine

Will challenge you to chess as if asking for a duel to the death:

“We face off at sunset”

“Damian…can’t you ask me to play like a normal person?”

“No. Be prepared to die”

Tried to teach Jon how to play but he refused to actually learn it, he’d let Damian talk for hours about the pieces and moves before just blinking dumbly when asked if he understood

(Jon just likes hearing Damian’s voice when he’s explaining something he enjoys)

Favorite piece is the Pawn because it the most useful piece in the whole game

Night routines and sleeping habits edition!

Dick Grayson

Is most likely to be annoyed by being reminded to take care of his skin.

His routine consists of only necessary products: cleansing balm, moisturizer and spf on the occasion when you nag him about it (and earn an eyeroll).

Keeps his face clean shaven (shaves in the morning). Keeps the sink super clean.

Occasionally prepares mocktails, likes to surprise you with new recipes.

Likes sleeping with the blinds down and an open window.

Sleeps on a single, flat pillow.

Tends to get hot at night, sleeps shirtless with boxers or with a short sleeve t-shirt

Keeps a water bottle by the bed.

Steals blankets/duvets.

Is a rather heavy sleeper except for nights when he’s under a lot of stress and pressure.

Jason Todd

First things first always checks if his alarms for the next day are on, including glucose checks alarms (I hc Jason as a type 1 diabetic as I mentioned here, and here!).

Checks his blood sugar manually even though he uses CGMs.

Always cleans in the evening. Likes taking care of the kitchen. Also food preps one the weekends.

Reads books/on his e-reader before going to bed. Sometimes listens to audiobooks if you choose to go through the same book as him.

Sleeps under a blanket, but uses thicker pillows.

Is a heavy sleeper turned to light sleeper (because of T1D)

Takes really hot showers, which leave the bathroom unusable for a while (lack of oxygen).

Likes watching movies in bed.

Sleeps shirtless with shorts/boxers.

Shaves before bed to sleep for a bit longer in the morning.

Tim Drake

Regardless of lack/amount of work he has, he likes to listen to music. He has a collection of vinyls.

Likes to prepare tea for both of you, has a designated mug that he always uses.

Uses a foam roller before getting ready for bed.

He uses one of these soft headbands with a bow. Uses a mix of Korean and Japanese facial products.

He likes doom scrolling for a bit before actually going to sleep.

Sleeps with an open window/ac on.

Doesn’t like sleeping in complete darkness, keeps a small light on the entire night.

Wakes up at night for various reasons, for toilet adventures, to grab water. Generally speaking, is a light sleeper.

Keeps his phone on DND, but not his other devices.

Sleeps in an actual pj set or a t-shirt and boxers.

- dick grayson is not shy when it comes to buying your happiness, a trait he picked up from bruce growing up. even if you’re not comfortable with this, gift giving is deep in his blood.

- it doesn’t matter where you came from before him because everything feels like humble beginnings in comparison to the endless fortune dick has a share in. there is enough money on that black card of his to solve problems you hadn’t even thought of yet, and it was intimidating the power he had just with a call of his name.

- he takes you into places where the price is never discussed, at least not to you. and if you hesitate due to how much you think it costs, he’ll find a way to talk you into getting it anyways. clothes with brands you only thought you’d see photos of, flights to the next place to vacation he randomly planned without telling you, restaurant reservations at such popular locations not even the queen could get a table as soon as he did for you.

- “but wouldn’t this look nice for a date? that way we’ll look good together. people will know we belong together.”

- that’s his excuse often, that the two of you would look better together if you matched. If everyone saw the two of you and immediately knew the two of you were a set. that if you were somehow lost, they would just have to take one look at you to know you were his. some of this is because he wants you to be pampered the way he thinks you deserve…

- some of it is also because there is an image he has to keep as the first son of the wayne legacy. the torch his father passed down to him, playboy billionaire with a desire for a good time, has to be held high even if it comes at the cost of your happiness.

- some of it also because you’re like the perfect doll for him. so easy to dress up and play with, keeping him entertained even when you’re far too tired to do much of anything. he wants to pick you up and take you everywhere, even places you don’t belong, just as an excuse to show off his favorite pastime.

- he does care though, at least he says he does when you’re crying about how you have no privacy with all the cameras in your face all of the time. how people will go to extremes just to capture video and photos of you at your lowest, in those moments you thought you were actually alone.

- he tells you how well you look, how he’ll shield you from all the press tonight so the two of you can just enjoy each other's company without the worry of the outside world. dick will never admit he gave some of those photos and videos on purpose just so you’d come to him seeking a moment of peace. that you would vent to him. that you would see him as the only one who can bring you back to that feeling of normal, even if he is the cause of all the stress.

- you’re his charity case, something to make him feel like a hero when he isn’t playing nightwing. someone to see him as he knows he is, the perfect man. the protagonist's love interest that gives purpose to the story.

- he could never explain where he disappears off to, that he’s the hero in the night who guards the city you’re locked within the border of. excused off as necessary trips… maybe he likes the way you seem so desperate to know if he’s humoring other lovers during this time. maybe he wants you to get as jealous as he does when he sees anyone even try to sway you from him.

- he likes to rush your relationship, asking you to move in less than a month into the relationship and suggests marriage shortly after. he wants you to depend on him for everything. money, safety, privacy, care, everything.

- the home he bought, decorated just for you to house you when he wasn’t playing with you, had everything he could think of to remind you just how much of yours was his. Nothing of your old life made its way in, whether it be a single piece of clothing, a photo of your friends, or even your pet from before. everything in that house was his, including you.

- if he could be the air in your lungs and the blood in your veins he would be. he doesn’t realize how much he wants to live inside your skin, to puppet your brain and convince you he is all there is in the world.

- maybe that’s why it hurts so much when he gets back from a long mission, excused as a family trip that you couldn’t go to because he was concerned how the family would react to you being there, and you’re not there.

- that none of the gifts he has bought you while he was gone, the ones he had sent over special just for you so you’d still be able to be dressed up by him even with all the distance, were touched let alone opened.

- when he calls for you through the house? nothing. phonecalls? voicemail. He knew you had run off when he noticed your wardrobe just a bit less full and that pretty wedding band he got for you left on your nightstand.

- barbara knew he was desperate when dick came knocking on her door, begging for some sort of help finding his lost doll. pleading that you were out there, probably so scared and alone without him. you have nowhere to go without him, that you had nothing else but him.

- when the two of them found that you, where you had run off to while he was gone, dick called in a few more favors to make sure he would never lose you again. maybe if he gave you a reason to fear everything but him, you’d be truly trapped in the dollhouse he built for you.

Hii guys, im soooo sorry i haven't posted in a while, I've been really busy, but here is a short post for u guys! ♡♡♡

Dick Grayson (Nightwing):

Dick would be all about an adventure date. Picture this: dinner at a nice restaurant, then he whisks you away for a surprise rooftop picnic under the stars. He’d bring snacks, a blanket, and maybe a portable speaker to vibe to some music. Super romantic and fun!

Jason Todd (Red Hood):

Jason would keep it super laid-back. He’d probably suggest a movie night at his place. He’d pick some classic action movies and have all the popcorn and snacks ready. After the movies, he might challenge you to some video games. Just a cozy night to chill and have fun!

Tim Drake (Red Robin):

Tim would plan a nerdy day out. He’d take you to a comic book shop where you could browse and geek out over your favorite series. Then he’d suggest hitting up a cozy café to talk superheroes over coffee or hot chocolate. A perfect mix of fun and chill!

Damian Wayne (Robin):

Damian would surprise you with a fancy dinner at a nice restaurant. He’d want to show off a bit, so you’d get the full classy vibe. After dinner, he’d probably take you for a walk in a nice park to enjoy some quiet time together. He might act all serious, but deep down, he’d be loving it!
