In our struggles against sin we tell ourselves, "I've done everything and I still can't overcome," but the Bible tells us otherwise. We have not resisted unto bloodshed in our battle against sin, but even if that were the case, we will not overcome based on our own efforts. This is not about trying harder or doing more, but we overcome by walking in obedience to God's Word.
