despite some of the other gods have completely lost hope, while some are too saddened by the defeat and relegation to human forms to fully operate, freyr is completely neutral about the current situation. while he isn’t burdened about being on earth, he definitely isn’t happy. moreover, he’d rather there not be another battle against the gods’ enemies as the god of peace, but he knows it must be done if he wants to recover his former form.

hades let freyr take over his main nightclub as a co-owner, though he mostly stays in the shadows as a bartender. he occasionally joins baldr in trying to preach peace to the other gods, but generally keeps away from revenge plans.

hades: best friends. the two didn’t interact with each other all that much until right before the war and only grew closer when they worked closely together during the war. now, they co-own the biggest nightlife property under miasma corp. huitzilopochtli: rivals. the two happen to be incredibly petty with each other over a fight that happened a couple of millennia ago and have ever since acted like prissy little kids, trying to one up each other at every chance they get.  venus: past lovers. they’ve had a couple of flings over the course of two to three centuries, but lost contact after a while and have only reconnected after all of the gods were banished to earth.

Life in small town Wisconsin was often boring. The second born to a family struggling to make end’s meet, Damon did his best to help out. A stay-at-home mother did her best to raise her children to have manners and gratitude and she is more than thrilled with how Damon is turning out. It was at a young age that he began showing great interest in all things related to history, consuming documentaries and historical dramas like they were going out of style. He loves museums and collections and spent as much time as he can at a yearly Renaissance Faire. Damon spent his undergraduate education at a college near his home, but decided to move to Vermont for graduate school upon admissions to Cabot Creek University.

It is clear that Damon is a little socially awkward and nerdy. His pastimes are not always accepted by his peers, but his professors find him interesting and a dedicated student.

It was hard for Damon to make friends, but after finding a group of people who accept him for who he is, Damon feels right at home.

In high school, Damon spent his weekends with friends made mostly outside of school, but he did join clubs that helped him meet people.

BACKGROUND

Triggers: Pregnancy The background of the character is up to you, except that he’d needed to have been in LA in 2012 and I had that at that time, he was a soldier who was either on leave or had been stationed nearby. This character and Maya met when she moved to Hollywood due to her participation in American Idol. They had a one night stand and assumed, even though they swapped numbers, that they’d never see each other again. That came crashing down when Maya text him that she was pregnant. Maya moved back to Sedona when she was kicked off of American Idol and has been there ever since, but when he would’ve moved to the city is completely up to you. What I do have is that he has always been present in Aurelia’s life and I imagine the two have a great relationship. He and Maya are close friends and work well as co-parents, both being fair in custody and making sure they’re doing equal weight. Whether this was always the case or if they’ve had little “oopsies” blips along the way can be discussed! I imagine Maya classes him as one of her closest friends.

BACKGROUND:

Your character (whichever brother you chose) is the son of the past advisor of the NY Coven, and grew up being part of Manhattan’s elite. Meena joined the family when she 6 years old and her mother, a woman far younger than their father, married into the family. 

Your characters (the two brothers) can be full siblings from the same mother or half siblings (their dad has a tendency to sleep around and I could totally see him being the type to have had multiple wives over the years and multiple divorces)

Their father (and Meena’s mom/their step mother) was murdered when he tried to expose the coven for the corruption the exe leaders of the coven were up to

After the death of their father, another child of their father’s showed up at their doorstep claiming to be their long lost sister- the boys wanted nothing to do with her and somehow managed to convince Meena to take her in/keep an eye on her until they could figure things out. I’ve always pictured one of her brother’s being the eldest of the three and probably viewing their long lost sister as some con artist trying to weasel her way into the family while Meena’s other brother (could be older or younger than Meena) was hardly one to extend a helping hand

As for the three of them’s dynamic, I’ve always imagined Meena and your characters having a close knit bond. It was always the three of them against the world but that doesn’t mean they didn’t have their differences. I’ve always seen the three of them as the type who make underhanded comments and poke fun at each other, but will defend each other to the rest of the world in an instant. They’re the type where it’s hard to breach their inner circle
