Things Did Not Go According to Plan

Well I've been in Washington for 7 months now and needless to say life has not gone according to plan. I graduated in one field and my first professional job ever is in a completely different field. My social life is still non-existent though my book and movie collection have grown. I still eat ramen and brownies for dinner on nights when I just can't give any fucks. And I'm still poor, tired and a single pringle. But you know what that is okay. Despite everything I have meet so many amazing people through my job with an amazing opportunity (if I could just get my shit together). I'm still passionate about traveling and my job has helped me do a lot of it locally. It's also helped me kinda figure out what I want to do in the future. All in all I know that despite taking a different path than what I wanted I've become all the better for it.
