Crimes:

well first off he kills a lot of people. he also has an ambiguously incestuous obsession with his sister. and he mind-controls people for violent and evil purposes

Why do you like them?

he STEALS THE SHOW every time he's on screen!!! he's charismatic, mysterious, silly, and just so weird and offputting and i LOVE HIM. when he's in Arkham Asylum, he's got a top hat he made out of newspaper. he also speaks in rhymes when he gets excited, even if that rhyme reveals something he didn't want to reveal. i love him. i also think he's very handsome, but i'm aroace so i don't know how much that counts for.

DiMA (Fallout 4)

Crimes:

He killed a prominent local leader to replace her with a more agreeable programmed synth, not only manipulating their allies but also treating a synth like an object in the same way the institute has

Why do you like them?

He's one of the few characters with enough depth for a real dialogue tree. He runs a synth refuge for the marginalized people of the wasteland
