Last birthday i submitted my friends to a trivia quiz all about dinosaurs, since thats my forever hyperfixation. This year my trivia quiz covered more topics, but i thought I'd also give them a practical activity.

I drew a bunch of dinosaur skeletons on cardboard, cut them into pieces and then gave my friends several pieces at a time.

After each new handful of pieces, they'd have a better guess at what the animal would've looked like. So at the end they'd have a complete dinosaur.

Its been a little while since I've done any dino art, and I'm really happy how they turned out.

For Brachiosaurus in particular, i gave my friends just the known remains (which is missing a lot of key bones), and then later showed them what this dinosaur looked like with those missing bones filled in by a related species.
