Fucking hell though, it's hard to go through Russel T. Davies run on Doctor Who and not be struck by how shitty the whole enterprise looks. Something about the direction is hella limp and washed-out and... odd.

For all his huge and egregious faults, Moffat's Who at least spent the first couple seasons looking sharper.
