So I found out that I have Stargardts Disease. (An eye disease that causes central blindness and vision issues)

My mother is legally blind and has Stargardts, so this isn't new to me by any means at all. She's the type you will see with sunglasses and a cane due to the stage her stargadts is.

Mine is in the very early stages, known as stage one so I just see small blurry or hazy shapes and white speckles or floaties in my central vision. But it was surprising to find out as late as 26 that I have it.

The tiny dots and gold flecks is Stargardts.

Feeling very virtuous and endorphins full, after doing some gentle core and leg physio moves 😎 💪 I thought my fitness life was over when the specialist said years ago no impact exercises or going to the gym/yoga class and running.All things I did from my 20s through to my 40th. I also used to at some point, swim at my local pool and worked up to over 20 lengths each session as I'm asthmatic. A huge part of my life that disappeared through illness. It's must be what it must feel like to lose something significant. I used to go from Monday to Saturday but I preferred and usually exercised from Sunday (each time for approx 2½ hours) to Friday Saturday off. I used to jog/run daily either in my local area various routes. I have Osteoarthritis in my coccyx, several parts of my spine affecting my entire back I've got frozen impinged shoulder.Neuropathic pain in my legs,feet. 3 prolapsed discs permanently impinging nerves. But I have kept up some of the physio exercises prescribed using my body as resistance. Also keeping up some yoga moves & gentle stretches adapted to my needs. Years of practical experience and prior research has afforded me the time to design/custom adapt some bodyweight guided moves to include MY INDIVIDUAL disabilities. Do not start any new exercises without the advice of your doctor and or personal trainer /therapist.. I have always enjoyed the post workout heaviness/achiness so I always work 1 or 2 body parts at a time. I find holding on to my hand rails in the home are great for gentle squats without falling over. As I cannot walk without pain or aids. A squat with my walking aids is likely to cause an accident! Stretching exercises also helps improve flexibility. I also find they're great for killing some pain due to stiffness.
