Disordered dissociation problems is wandering around your apartment in a fugue state, vaguely aware that you're tired and want to sit down to rest your legs, but also vaguely aware that you should be doing something (making something to eat perhaps), and if you sit down now it'll just be more energy wasted to get back up, but you can't seem to think clearly enough to actually take action on the thing(s) you should be doing, so you continue to wander aimlessly and do none of these things and wear yourself out more as a result.
