What does "focusing on consciousness" mean? I see people saying that, but I don't know what they mean. How do you do it? Any examples?

focusing on consciousness just means paying attention to the watcher, not the thoughts. that's it. 🤍
say for instance .... when you're sad, your mind feels it and your body carries it. but there's something in you that simply knows you're sad. that part isn't sad. it's just aware. that's you. that's your consciousness. and that part of you has never been broken, never been hurt, never been lost. it's always just been quietly watching. 🤍
