I was trying to design the main character for my thesis film and wanted a small 12 yo boy with nerd glasses and poofy hair and buck teeth and I had to change the mc to a gal w my jewfro cuz I just kept designing John Egbert

John looks like an anime protagonist or like the nerdy main character in a cartoon so it’s hard not to design someone that looks like him. He’s protag shaped.

Do you think a sarge and grif fusion would ever work out? I can sorta imagine the pure chaos of unhealthy opposites they’d be, but not how they would even get fused in the first place

I would say yes, but in [this exact scenario.]

Though honestly I’d love to see more from the show moving forward addressing, to some extent (the show is a comedy after all, I’m not expecting any sort of deep dive) the things they have in common. If Sarge’s labyrinth was anything like his actual life, he and Grif both joined the military because they needed something out of their lives they weren’t getting, but in opposite directions. Sarge was bored, maybe like his life was too structured. Grif needed more structure. Neither of them got what they wanted, and then reacted to that in complete opposite ways (”laziness” vs a complete aversion to inactivity). What if there was some sort of middle ground? A balance where what both of them wants overlaps? A Garge? A grenade-launching shotgun with a blade on it the size of a jeep?

I’m freaking out about next rvb ep because tucker has so many opportunities to absolutely destroy everything! What if genkins takes over Felix and makes Felix try and out himself to everyone and Tucker has to cover for him, knowing full well what he’s capable of in the future. OR what if genkins takes wash and doesn’t do freckles shake and Tucker has to abandon wash and collapse the cave himself. Point is I’m in pAin this is an opportunity for Tucker to show how much he’s grown and it gonna hurt

I think Genkins can only take over AI, but at the same time, I so WISH he could take over Felix. How cool would that be??

In any case, I’m super excited for the next episode!!!
