Do you think a sarge and grif fusion would ever work out? I can sorta imagine the pure chaos of unhealthy opposites they’d be, but not how they would even get fused in the first place

I would say yes, but in [this exact scenario.]

Though honestly I’d love to see more from the show moving forward addressing, to some extent (the show is a comedy after all, I’m not expecting any sort of deep dive) the things they have in common. If Sarge’s labyrinth was anything like his actual life, he and Grif both joined the military because they needed something out of their lives they weren’t getting, but in opposite directions. Sarge was bored, maybe like his life was too structured. Grif needed more structure. Neither of them got what they wanted, and then reacted to that in complete opposite ways (”laziness” vs a complete aversion to inactivity). What if there was some sort of middle ground? A balance where what both of them wants overlaps? A Garge? A grenade-launching shotgun with a blade on it the size of a jeep?
