The Dimileth Big Bang is almost upon us!
This July on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we will reveal some of the fics and artworks our talented authors and artists have been working at since January!
We can’t help but feel excited to see all of the pieces completed next month. Which fics are you most excited to see this upcoming July?
The Dimileth Big Bang Beta Reader Signups have opened! If you’re interested in helping a writer take their piece to the next level, sign up here!
We ask all potential beta readers to have a Discord, as they are all required to join the Dimileth Big Bang Discord server.

The Dimileth Big Bang Writer Proposals
We’re very excited to share with you guys our writer proposals for this year’s Dimileth Big Bang! All of these prompts are from writers without an artist partner.
What does that mean? That these fanfics will go without an illustration unless an artist offers up their talents to help compliment their fic! If you're an artist interested in the bang, you can claim your top picks once the artist claims/signups open this Saturday, Feburary 12th! For more details, please read our guidelines and our FAQ!
In the artist signup form, you will be asked to state your top picks right away. If a prompt gets more than 3 artists claiming it, it will be removed from the Slide Deck. As such, we recommend that you read over the Slide Deck and make your choices on which pieces you’d like to illustrate as soon as possible!
Writer Proposals Due tomorrow!
To all writers that have joined in the Dimileth Big Bang: your proposals are due tomorrow at 11:59 PM PST!
Keep in mind, however, that your proposal must be checked and approved by the mod team beforehand. We recommend you to submit your proposal as soon as possible, in case you might need to update something about your submission you still have time to do so before the deadline!
If your proposal is still on hold and the necessary changes haven’t been done by 11:59 PM PST tomorrow, you will get dropped from the bang!

Attention Dimileth Big Bang writers! Your proposals are due in five days! You received the link to the writer proposal form through the email you gave us during signups. Please keep in mind, that all proposals must be checked and approved by Feburary 5th. We recommend you send your proposal as soon as possible, to make sure that it’s in compliance.
If you have signed up for the bang but haven’t had your proposal approved by Feburary 5th 2022, you will get dropped from the bang!

Happy New Year! With the writer signups coming up soon (January 9th 2022!) we’ve updated our guidelines, FAQ and tag list so that writers can prepare to start the bang in earnest. We’re very excited to see what stories you have in store. We plan to start posting our stories within 180 days, which is quite exciting!

Public Discussion Embargo Lifted 3/9
We are lifting the embargo on public discussion of your projects as of 12:01AM PST on Wednesday, March 9th, 2022. (Just in time for #WIPWednesday!) This means you can (finally!) talk about your bang fics/art on social media, including other discords, twitter, tumblr, and anywhere else you post!
Please keep discussions and previews brief/small; don’t give away too much before your final posting date. We’ll also reblog/retweet any content that mentions @dimilethbigbang or is tagged with #dimilethbigbang as long as it’s SFW. (SFW snippets/previews from NSFW creations are fine.) We will continue to run WIP Wednesday in-server as well for folks to show off NSFW snippets and to encourage in-depth feedback.
