((There's also some references/allusions to the Crossworlds one-shot comic that just released not too long ago but thought it was harmless enough not to spoil warning it. The pic of Tangle and Whisper in the 2nd part is directly from it though.

I wouldn't say how the comic says Crossworlds starts was the same as it did in CHZ since I'm taking the festivals as actual events within the competition rather than Tangle and Whisper being there from the start. Not that a race like what happened in the comic couldn't have happened in some way, just not exactly the same setup))
