Phoebe found me in the garage and wanted me to follow her out to the run. As soon as I sat down, she was all purrs and nuzzles for pets. Apparently I needed to enjoy the evening with her for a bit. 💜

She still absolutely adores the run, and spends so much time out there, even when it's rainy! And I'm really happy the sod seems to be doing really well now, thanks to the boys keeping up on watering.

If you look closely you’ll see that it’s not actually finished BUT we have installed enough fence for the dogs to actually be able to run and play!!

Yesterday’s run had me feeling really defeated. It was my slowest speed run in awhile and I was beating myself up about it.

Today I was definitely feeling anxious about running. I just didn’t want to go, and was already down on myself before I went.

Eventually I got off my yoga mat and went for it, and i felt so much better today than yesterday. I do wish a certain running buddy didn’t need to stop three times in the first mile to poop despite going twice before we started🤦🏻‍♀️

I didn’t reach my pacing goal for this run, but the fact that I got out and did it was definitely a win.
