NCT Dream taking care of their sick s/o.

Mark

Mark would be pretty great when you were ill, getting you the medicine and stuff you needed, but Mark also wouldn’t stand for you sitting around if the illness wasn’t that serious. “Come on, if you sit around all day you’ll never get better.” He’d encourage you to walk into the kitchen and sit there as he made food for you, or get up to go and sit on the sofa and watch some TV. Mark is the type to work through his illness, so he’d probably expect you to do it as well. “You need to drink more water to flush it out of your system.’

Renjun

“But you’re so gross,” Renjun would initially complain, laughing loudly at the annoyed look on your face. “I’m kidding, I’m kidding!” Renjun would get you to write a list of all the things you’d need from the shops and he’d happily go and get it all for you, plus some extra chocolate and ice cream to try and make you feel better. But I think he’d get kinda annoyed if you were clingy or needy. So he’d spend time in his room, coming to check on you occasionally but just trying to let you rest. If you kept asking him for things he’d probably get quite annoyed and roll his eyes at you.

Jeno

Jeno would really have no issue with taking care of you. Every time you coughed he’d be there with some cough drops to make your throat feel better. He’d go out and buy you heat or ice packs for if you needed them, he’d run you baths with your favourite incense so you could relax and he’d make sure you took your medicine exactly when you needed to. “You have to take it so you get better!” And the whole time he would just smile patiently through your lack of appetite and insomnia, he’d make you feel like you weren’t at all a burden for him and like he genuinely liked taking care of you.

Haechan

Haechan would brag to the others that he was a great boyfriend taking care of you, but every little thing would be SOMETHING. You ask for another glass of water? He’d ask how much water you could possibly need to drink in a day. You need your tablets? He’d question your dosage and how frequently you seem to be having them. By the time you recovered Haechan would be exhausted and you’d probably have to take care of him for a couple of days after because he’d be moping around so much. “You are so needy when you’re sick, Y/n.”

Jaemin

Jaemin would act like the perfect boyfriend for a day, getting you whatever you needed, rubbing your back and saying nice things to you, offering to go and get some medicine for you. But then as soon as he could, he would run away, literally escaping to be with the other boys where he’d hide out. “I love Y/n, but if I have to get up one more time to get her some tea, I’m going to cry.” Jaemin would return with some great food for you, acting like he’d just been gone for a while to work, and acting like nothing had happened at all, distracting you with his charming smile and little dances.

Chenle

Chenle would go into taking care of you with the best of intentions. But after bringing you a packet of tissues and some soup for the first morning of your illness, he’d be quite bored of it all. He’d be sat next to you on the sofa and he’d cringe and jump every time you coughed or sneezed and he’d shove at you playfully “Could you be more quiet as you do that?” he’d complain with a laugh, but he’d suddenly yell “ew!” and start rubbing his hand on the sofa. “I’m covered in your germs!!!” He would be nice to you and get you drinks, but you can bet he’d keep his distance and tell you not to breathe in his direction.

Jisung

Jisung would take the responsibility of caring for you incredibly seriously, afterall, you two were dating. Jisung would message the others, especially Taeyong, asking what sort of stuff he should do for you and what he could do extra to make you feel better. He’d always be asking if you were ok, if you were too hot or cold or hungry. But the time night time came, Jisung would be more exhausted than you were even in your ill state and you’d end up cuddling him to sleep. When you thanked him for what he had done he would just smile happily at you “I’d do anything for you, Y/n.”

B.I 

He’d be a little flustered when the two of you were making out on his bed and one of the members walked in. His ears would get a little pink and and he’d quickly sit up, tugging at his clothes to make it seem like you guys weren’t doing a thing while he moved around to hide you from view. It would most likely be Bobby who found you two. A slightly annoyed expression would tug at his face. Since he was so close to Bobby and he wouldn’t stop smiling. “Hyung! Stop smiling like that! Get out!” He’d turn to you rubbing at the back of his neck while grinning. “They can’t mind their own business, huh?” 

Jinhwan

Jinhwan would be having a great time with you. You two would just be relaxing, making out on his bed but when the door suddenly burst open and Chanwoo and Junhoe suddenly came in he’d probably get really shocked at first before getting annoyed. He’d get up from his bed, walking over towards the two maknae’s, glaring over at them as they already started to tease him. “Yah! Can’t you two mind your own business? You don’t know how to knock?” he’d make a kicking motion to which they’d scatter away, laughing before Jinhwan slammed the door shut. He’d be smiling slightly, a little shy and look over at you. “They’re trouble makers, what can I say?” 

Yunhyeong 

Yunhyeong would probably feel super awkward and shy when two of the members walked in on the two of you kissing while watching a movie on the couch. Jinhwan and Junhoe would be smiling broadly. Junhoe already making sounds at the two of you. “Junhoe, shut up,” he’d whisper. He’d gulp nervously and place his arm around you, leaning back into the couch as if nothing happened. “We’re just watching a movie, why that stupid grin?” he’d ask. Jinhwan would nod his head, grinning. “Sure, just a movie.” “Hyung! It’s true. Just ignore them, y/n,” he’d mutter, smiling shyly. 

Bobby 

Bobby would start smiling like a fool suddenly becoming really shy when Chanwoo happened to walk in and catch the two of you making out. He’d stand up awkwardly, looking around, rubbing at the back of his neck. “What are you doing here?” He’d slowly move to stand in front of you to avoid further suspicion. Chanwoo saw the two of you kissing anyways. Chanwoo, unable to contain himself would suddenly blurt out. “Bobby and y/n sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-” he wouldn’t get to finish his sentence as Bobby would already start running after him, yelling at him. “Yah! Come here you brat, what did you say?! We weren’t kissing! Chanwoo! You’re dead!” 

Donghyuk

Donghyuk would get extremely shy if the members caught him kissing you. He’d be stuttering and blushing, looking around aimlessly. When Jinhwan walked in on the two of you he’d spring up from his place on the bed. “Oh, hyung! What are you doing here? We weren’t doing anything. I mean, we? What? I mean, no one else is here, but me,” he’d stammer. You’d peek out behind him waving at Jinhwan. Donghyuk would just cough awkwardly and ruffle his hair. “Hmm, okay, nothing going on here, I’ll just be leaving,” said Jinhwan with a knowing smile. Donghyuk would turn to you as soon as he left, smiling brightly. “You don’t think he knows, do you?” he asked, smiling innocently. 

Junhoe

Junhoe would be super annoyed when one of the members walked in interrupting his fun time with you. B.I and Bobby would be grinning from the door, smiling like idiots that they caught Junhoe kissing you. They’d already start to tease him, making little kissing noises. He’d grab one of his shoes, hurling them at the giggling pair. “Get out! Don’t just walk in!” The two wouldn’t stop laughing which would prompt Junhoe to reach over to the bed, grabbing pillows and throwing them at Bobby and B.I. “Bobby hyung, shut up! Stop smiling like that! Leave! You’re both too much,” he’d nag, shaking his head before closing the door and turning towards you, shaking his head. “Now, where were we?” 

Chanwoo

Chanwoo already knew his fate as soon as Bobby and Yunhyeong walked in on the two of you kissing on the couch. “Ah, our little maknae is growing up! Chanwoo, I’m proud my son,” said Yunhyeong, wiping away fake tears. Chanwoo would probably feel super embarrassed, before glancing over at you while you laughed. He’d just bury his face in his hands. “Don’t laugh, y/n. They’re gonna tease me about this forever,” he mumbled. “Go away! You’re both so embarrassing! I can kiss y/n whenever I want too!” he’d say, voice faltering. He’d grab your hand and start tugging you to his room. Bobby would immediately start hollering to which Chanwoo would just groan loudly, already plotting revenge.

Baek's smile is so adorable don't get me wrong, but Leo rarely smiles, so when he does its special to me.
