Sometimes we must be selfish and only think about one type of focus, OURSELVES. If you wake up and feel...nothing. You feel empty, sad, anxious, then your focus is OUT of focus. Living a life just to please others will eat away at your higher self and alienate you from your purpose. We must focus on the soul. That bright spark inside of us that is the real deal. This physical body is not real. It’s a creation whereby we experience a human life. Once you focus on that everything changes and you begin to see the infinite possibilities of your human experience. The days don’t happen TO you, they happen FOR you. Each and every day is a blank canvas for you to paint on and focus on what you want out of this world stage. You’re a player in a game. Rising through the levels according to your FOCUS. Meditate and ‘preframe’ your life. Identify what you want, see and feel the wonder and magic of it all and FOCUS on the happiness of your higher self. The physical will come and go, the soul will remain. So rather than worrying about how the physical needs will be met, focus on the needs of the REAL you and the physical will naturally find its way. . .
