Still can’t figure if my dogs a genius or an idiot bc he’s started tricking me by pretending to need to pee then hiding in the corner of the garden until i call him back in and give him treats but also I’ve seen him forget how to go down the stairs on multiple occasions so idk

dog...................... i'm going to have a friend dog............... i'm going to have a friend dog to hang out with and cuddle and go jogging and hiking with and run around with like a goofus.......... i am going to be the dog's friend and we will love each other and i'll have a dog

i couldn't before bc i have a tiny apartment and not enough time bc of school and work and interning but! this summer i'll have more time and a better job, and after august i'll have a bigger apartment and two roommates to help with dog duties (and doodies). and that apt is also a LOT cheaper than mine so i'll have even more money for vet n food n stuff

since i won't buy from a breeder, i'm gonna have to spend a lot of time on petfinder and visiting shelters. i REALLY want a doberman pinscher, but i might fall in love with a mutt, who knows. i'd love a sighthound but i have cats and i feel like that wouldn't end well
