would anybody be interested in reading a crack comedy duo crossover fanfic where it’s set in 1940s post-war america in a lonely farm in the catskills. basc bob hope gets thrown into prison (for a crime he did not do), meets bing crosby who’s his cell mate and veteran of that prison for like ten years, and they eventually break out together after bob almost transfers prisons. they run away, and stumble upon a couple on a farm in the catskills.

meanwhile dean and jerry are a young couple trying to make it in vaudeville (an outdated thing) who were working for a bit in new jersey, decided well fuck it we’re not really getting anywhere, and begin to head to new york when they see that a couple on farm needed a couple of hands. the couple on this lonely farm is… george burns and gracie allen! yeah lol.

laurel and hardy also wind up on this damn farm bc ollie is like. third cousins with gracie or something. all three duos end up on this farm working, and uhhh ig shenanigans happen

if anyone else has a horribly horribly contrived way of making their fav comedy duo end up on this damn farm, send the idea my way. it’d be so funny to write any comedy duo in—it doesn’t have to be a 40s or 50s comedy duo either. it can be any decade lol

So, I don't know what the ships involving Danny are called in the BatPhandom, but these are what I think they should be for the Bat Boys:

Danny Fenton x Dick Grayson -> Double Act (Between the shared sense of humor, their past association with circuses, and a tendency to enact vigilante justice, these two are always giving the performances of their lives.)

Danny Fenton x Jason Todd -> Schrödinger's Boys (Are they alive? Are they dead? Who knows! Not them.) Could be shortened to Half Dead, for simplicity's sake.

Danny Fenton x Tim Drake -> Insomniacs Anonymous (Teenage heroes who bitch about being tired, but will do everything in their power to not go to sleep.) Possible alternative name: Galaxy Brain, for Danny's love for space and Tim's renowned intellect.

Danny Fenton x Damian Wayne -> Ghost Gremlin (Died one, didn't take. Completely feral and 100% ready to be a menace given the slightest provocation.) Could also be Half Feral because that's funny.
