I did the initial sketch layer over the original image for reference, then hid that layer when planning was finished. When I later got to the coloring phase, I left Spamton's glasses transparent so I could insert static behind them. Then, while I shuffled layers around, I accidentally re-activated the reference layer & got THIS creepy funny sad thing going on, where Barbie's pitiful, real eyes show through Spamton's glasses! XDDD (MAJOR Scopophobia warning!)

Deltarune Described Poorly X333

I just wanted to share a silly reply I put on Twitter on a thread where we're challenged to poorly describe a video game, to see if people can guess it. Here, I described Deltarune (poorly), & managed to really mangle it! LOL NOOOOO, IT SOUNDS SO WROOOONG!!! X333

Here, have a REALLY world-worn Spamton, who has no time for anyone else's shenanigans. 😼

I'm REALLY proud of how this turned out! 😁 There's a few nitpicks I itch to fix, but I need to learn how to just FINISH something without it being "perfect" (ADHD be damned!).

I mixed realism & cartoonism, to reflect Spamton's chaotic mental state, along with synthetic & organic textures (even paradoxically mixing brittle with soft) to emphasize the horror of being a living puppet.

The details tell stories, if you stop & look at each one, & think about what might have caused this or that type of mark... 😶

Pipis - “The Original”

Hah! I think I accidentally found one more piece of the Pipis puzzle: In the Check text (when encountering the Pipis on the overworld on the Snowgrave/Peer-Pressure route), "The Original" may be a reference to a Mexican restaurant in Puerto Vallarta called Pipis; many of their listings & advertisements include the tagline "The Original."

That's not a good enough reason to pay a fuck-ton of money for any kind of Dr. appt. It's not like I don't know why it's happening, I do. Besides, my Doctor doesn't give a fuck about my hairy face. I just don't want it. So, I'm going to get rid of it I just don't know what the best way to do it is. I guess I could ask a cosmotologist, they have to learn all that shit.
