What the heck is happening in the ace discourse tag, an explanation

So for those of you who may have suddenly stumbled into some odd things tagged as ace discourse, like I did this morning, you may be a bit confused.

The ace community is currently working to sabotage exclusionists by filling the “ace discourse” tag with a debate about dragons vs cake as the best ace symbol. 

Allosexual people are welcome to join in and help the discussion, though of course be mindful not to speak over ace voices on this very important subject. ;P

You know what goes well with Space and other scifi-themed shenanigans? Robots. They should become aspec symbols as well. Very often in media, robots are asexual or aromantic coded. Well, I'll take it. They're all aspec now. Let's embrace robots into our community!

There’s a part of me that wants to say Charlie Weasley is a dragon ace...

But I just can’t stop laughing at the idea that he’s a cake ace instead.

Like, he loves dragons. We all know that.

So everyone expects him to be a dragon ace.

But… what if he’s not? What if the one thing he loves more than dragons is cake?

Just… I love this idea so much!
