𝐌𝐲 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠✧.*
A couple years ago around the time Don’t Worry Darling came out I had a vivid dream about shifting. I think it was pretty cool and I just wanted to share my experience. Where my bed was at the time, I was in a corner where it was closed off on three sides and open on the other side. I would sleep facing the wall most of the time. The beginning was pretty normal. I had a dream I had went to a school and it had the vibes of an early 2000s class room but I was obviously in high school. This carried on a normal, nothing out of the ordinary dream. I had eventually got home and my room was nearly the exact same aside from a giant mirror that took up the entire wall I face to fall asleep. I laid down like I normally do and I closed my eyes but when I did, it felt and looked like when Alice made it to the top of the mountain in Don’t Worry Darling. I don’t remember much after this but I remember I ‘shifted’ to the backseat of a car, forehead down on the headrest in front of me but in the dream I knew I had shifted. Since this, I have had many vivid dreams about shifting and each feels the same. Each one I can feel myself sinking into another reality and it slowly appears into my vision. I, however, have yet to be able to take the control to turn it into a real attempt.
