What makes me itchy about the Park-Nancy potential is that it is unlike the dynamics we have seen before.

With Nick and Owen, Nancy was the one with the power to shut a conversation. With Gil she barely conversed but she struggled for control there too. Tamura was on a completely different plane of knowledge than her, and she saw him as a possible accomplice or a source into the system (or sometimes just an annoyance).

But with Park, Nancy pauses and looks at him for something at least akin of approval or agreement. She looks taken aback, sometimes vulnerable (when she blurted out that speech about her capabilities in 3x01) or really in debt of life (3xp2 spoiler).

Nancy shrinks back to be a 19 year old with visible vulnerabilities (she couldn't hide them) with Park unlike with others.

Though I know being soft or vulnerable in presence of Park isn't a deal breaker (c'mon she's sorta like that with Ace too) it really isn't the type of new ship that I want for Nancy. Nancy has had no push and pull with Park which was the main start of her other relationships. They've directly pulled into the seek-for-approval and work-together-harmoniously phase which makes me raise my brows.
