Honestly i noticed that every time the rescue team wants to turn into their car form they do it off camera-

Just like that one episode in traffic safety where poli transforms into his car form off camera after him and roy fixed the lamp post and helped posty get conscious again

its either ROIVISUAL doesn't really know how to animate them transforming back onto their car forms or they just don't wanna add it

I don’t really blame ROI with not wanting to make any transform back. It probably might be tedious to figure out how to make the transformation look smooth as they get back on their wheels. Droney kinda has a scene where he he transform back but even they kinda spun him around so they didn’t have to animate too much
