In case you're wondering,yes,he was a blank-flank.
Dropdown was a police officer that used to work in a big city,but right after a mistake during his duty,he ended up being dispatched to Padther,which is a boring little town.
He was very unhappy about it.He have thought about giving up on himself, just living like that, and stay at Padther for the rest of his life.But he had met his new work partner,and his partner welcomed him,he didn't really care about Dropdown's cutie mark thing and always invited Dropdown to having dinner along with his daughter.
Back then,Dropdown was still little,his parents was worried about him being a blank-flank,and they only cared about it.And of course,he was crowded out by those pony around him.Although he didn't get his own cutie mark,he was clever,at least,clever enough to get good grades everytime during an exam even he had entered police academy.
The reason that he entered the police academy was quite simple,to carry a gun around legally.He knows that this world doesn't friendly to an untalented individual,and he hates it.
But the appearance of his partner had changed him a bit,and he did enjoy the moment with them.Unfortunately,he was still stressful and bored about his life.And when he had discovered his ability to enter the television,he decided to make fun by using it.Of course,it ends up causing a series of cases that costs two life and several kidnaps.
He hid it pretty well,pretending that he was a hardworking police officer that was trying to find out the truth,"unintentionally"giving some information to The Investigation Team to help them out.But,they still find out who the real culprit is,and they had got in a fight in the TV World.
After being defeated and arrested by The Investigation Team,he willingly accepted his defeat and decided to stay in jail.He thought that his partner would never come,but he was wrong.Totally wrong.He has come to visit him,they having talk together just like old times,even the barrier is separating them.
Dropdown has always hated to get in some sort of relationship thing,but...well...at least not now,not Infront of him and his family.
