Whumpuary 25: Missing
Prompts used: “I’m fine”, missing, drowsiness
Read on Ao3 here!
Fandom: Phantom of the Opera
Contains: Aftermath of violence, past hand whump, past restraints, blood, picturing of a body hanging on a noose (it doesn't happen, it's just something the character is afraid of happening)
Rated: Teen and Up
It was unlike Raoul to leave in the middle of the night, much more so without telling her. And after everything that had happened those few months ago, neither of them were very heavy sleepers—which was why Christine was alarmed to wake up in the morning to find him missing from their bed.
THIS FIC IS DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE FIC I'LL BE POSTING ON JAN. 29, SO DO CHECK BACK THEN IF U WANNA KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO RAOUL!

Whumpuary #25: Drowsiness
“Leo, wake up!”
He hadn’t even realized his head was drooping until the smack of someone’s hand against his cheek brought it back up—followed just as quickly by their knuckles apologetically rubbing out the sting. Ironically it was the act of kindness that made him flinch and sway away; if Raph kept that up much longer, he wouldn’t be able to resist leaning into his palm as a prop to nod off. Sensing as much, the hand moved to his shoulder to give him a brisk shake.
“Ya with me?”
“…Mhmm. Sorry.” It didn’t even sound like his own voice, muffled and buzzy and thicker than Raph’s accent through the fog of exhaustion churning in his aching head.
“It shouldn’t be much longer. You just gotta stick it out till Donnie can getcha another upper.”
“…Mm. ’Least we know slapping me works when th’…mod…med…” His tongue kept tripping over itself. Was this how it felt to be drunk? Floaty and leaden and kind of wanting to throw up? “…when th’ drugs wear off. Bet that’s fun, huh…?”
“Yeah, sure. Watchin’ you suffer the past seventy-eight hours straight while I can’t do a thing about it? I’m havin’ a ball.” Leo’s half-lidded eyes were so blurry, he couldn’t make out Raph’s expression but his tone was telling. “I’d be slappin’ the shell outta that wacko sleep spirit if I could.”
“…I know. S’okay.”
“It’s not! We don’t even know what it really wants, or why you, or how long until…”
Until he inevitably drifted off into the unknown. They could only stall so long.
“…Raph, whatever happens…Whatever…whoever wakes up when I don’t…Do whatever you have to. Get them outta my body…Make them.”
“…Gotcha.”
None of them would rest easy again until he could.
Tyrone in a food coma
I used pinterest paleo art as a reference for the drawing base idea for the drawing ✏️ 💡. You can say he ate a little to much food at the barbecue with his rex pal stan and his mate tina.
Whumpuary Day 23: Tabby
“I’m fine” | missing | drowsiness
Contains: implied/referenced child neglect, sick whumpee, caretaker whumpee/parental whumpee
“Tabby?” Tabian wakes up to a soft voice and a small hand shaking his shoulder. His head aches, and he feels too hot.
“What?” He mumbles, his eyes cracking open.
“You said you’d make pancakes today.” Ava says.
Tabian groans, rubbing his face. “Shit.”

Drowsiness
Jack has always wondered how human function. After all, most of the humans he meets seem fragile. The Winchester are the ones that he learned the most about humanity from, and how the human body functions. Though once he starts getting to know other people, that’s when he starts to question things. After all, it seems like they’re more superhuman than anyone else.

While Anne is mildly high on anesthesia and spilling secrets post-dentist, she and Sprig have a heart-to-heart about the complicated feelings she has for Sasha and Marcy.
