I woke up this morning in a panic about homework assignment for French class that was due this morning that I hadn’t started yet.

School hasn’t started and I take Latin, not French.

Wtf brain??

woke up (???? or had a sleep paralysis?) thing where I felt like I was unwillingly spinning on my bed, like, lying in my side, my hip as the anchor point, and my head and feet going round and round like a top or a hip hop dance move or the vanes of a windmill, like something possessed. Whenever i "opened my eyes" all i would see was a slice of the bed, even though i felt like my arm should have been right there, too. all of this was accompanied by a sort of loud white noise or constant swooshing type sound or sensation, which seemed to get louder the faster I was spinning. I had to change my physical position from lying on my side to lying on my back to wake up
