Galra Headcanon

- Galra are all intersex (if you want ABO moment then feel free to change it) and the genes for this is dominant so it shows up even in half galra

- the smaller the Galra the more fertile (took this idea from magic wielding Jotunn)

- Keith is very very tiny according to the bom

- when lotor first met Keith he immediately started attempting to court him

—— this is NOT bc love at first sight but rather bc he wants strong, pretty, quintessence-sensitive heirs (so he also tried to discretely court Allura at the same time. PS he got decked twice.)

Druid!Keith au where his quintessence sensitivity is played up and allura senses great power within him and tries to get him to hone his powers but he’s just nah I got a knife and a jet pack it’s coo. But allura goes through setting up a series of ways to try to get Keith to use his powers I’m talkin like picture ropes and pulleys and the nice dress up as ghosts. She tries to convince Keith the magic will help him finally teach the wolf to play fetch. It’s all for naught. He’s just not interested, let it come naturally he says.

Then one allura senses a burst of power emanating from somewhere in the vecinity and at its source is Keith hands glowin sparks a flyin and she’s just like. Waht made you finally want to use your powers??

Seeing that you’ve seen everything in the tag, you may have seen all my head canons on the subject (Me and an Anon developed this theory way back at the beginning of this show after all) But let me tag what I have:

More and More

Unfortunately the latest season’s have kind of killed this theory by revealing that Haggar is Altean and not Galra. And they’ve made it clear that Keith is Galra and human. So…I suppose this officially is no longer a theory and now an AU. 

I mean, I still don’t know about the other druids among Haggar. Are they Galra or Altean? It’s never been clearly stated in the show, so I suppose you could argue that Haggar may be Altean but the others are Galra. So I guess THAT would be cool if they were you know, Galran. And Krolia was related to them somehow and if THAT is the case, than Druid Galra Keith lives on!

So to celebrate that very very small sliver of this theory, here’s some more:

-Keith’s powers are completely driven by his emotions, Which is great and all till you remember this boy is angry all the time. 

-Best iconic moment the team ever saw was when Keith sneezed and he exploded a vase next to him

-Krolia is surprised when she finds out that Keith somehow managed to get Druid DNA, since it’s a recessive gene, and she didn’t think there was enough in he blood to pass it down to him

-Offers to take him to Galran Druids in their family for proper training, but Keith turns it down to stay with the team. But he does ask her to tell him everything she knows

-I mean, why do you think Keith got a wolf that can teleport. He’s a druid, he can connect with it. 

-Tried to teleport once like he had seen the other druids do in fights and managed to slam into a wall and get a bloody nose. He told Shiro he got in a fight with Lance

-Shiro didn’t believe him

-Sometimes the paladins accidentally blame Keith for things that happen to them, like tripping over a shoelace that ‘mysteriously’ untied itself, and eventually it just becomes a thing “I bet it was Keith’s fault I ran out of toothpaste this morning”

-This boy is constantly surprising himself with how strong his powers are, he thinks he sending out enough energy to take out a few sentry guards and next thing he knows he’s put the power out of the entire Galran ship 

-”Damn it Keith!” 

-Allura and him exchanging notes on magic, just think about it 

-Keith tried to run the Castle once because it’s not to different from Altean magic right? Haggar works with Galra Druids all the time? R-Right?

-He short circuits the whole ship then accidentally worm holes them next to a  Weblum, the others were not pleased

God, I still love this theory. Look how desperate I am to still find a way to make it work.

Voltron 7x5

My sis came so I need to stop making the reviews and I finish season seven for now but I just want to talk about a little more also most important this episode I start to seeing Voltron in English cause in Spanish here say something important and I don’t now if it’s only bad traduction so well.

I feel real sorry about the blade and all the people of that planet if part of the story is true but that isn’t important now.

Why they said that Keith betray them I mean. Why? How? I mean Keith is Galra I know but how could even betray them he never be part of Galra empire. So see in another perspective what about if Keith is a Druid and that why he said Keith betrayed them.

I know in English you and its conjugations can using as plural as well but Keith is the only one with Galra blood in his body but also Keith can see the Druid while hi is using his powers I mean how in the next episode just seems like Keith is using some kind of power and you cannot say is because black cause black as the other lions is more less useless in that moment.

Just a little though I have during this episode.

What about an AU where Keith ends up looking into his ability to sense energies (either pre or post-kerberos) and ends up digging into different kinds of earth magic, which don’t fit exactly, but are enough to let him start experimenting and figuring out what does fit?

Basically, what about an AU where Keith is a self-taught druid by the time they all leave Earth?

Druid Keith?

Keith being a druid or at least having magic is my favorite theory and helps to explain some things.

Like how his hand turned purple when hit with druid magic. We know this isn’t because he’s part galra because when Thace gets hit he gets the same glowing wound Shiro got when hit.

So why didn’t Keith get the wound? Perhaps when druids are hit by the magic it doesn’t leave the glowing wound. It still hurts, but the glowing wound is absent.

Now why did Keith’s hand turn purple though? Well lets suppose the magic can be passed down through genetics. Keith’s mom would be a druid then. Should could have used her magic to hide Keith’s galra features when he was a baby. When Keith gets hit by the magic its messing up the spell. The quintessence that re hides his purple skin was sort of absorbed and fixed the spell. I think if he didn’t get splashed with the quintessence the spell would’ve continued to deterriate.

Lets take a look at Acxa real quick. She seems to be related to Keith but is not a druid for sure. Does she break the theory? No. She just didn’t get those lucky genes.

This explains why she and Keith grew up seperate actually. Now look at Allura, Alfor, and Haggar our three seemingly magical characters. (We haven’t ever seen a druid’s face sadly.) They all share one feature, white hair. Lotor has white hair as well and I supect he either doesn’t know he has magic or is hiding it. Now who almost got white hair? Keith.

They were going to give him white hair he dyed to hide, but decided against it because it would be too easy to guess he was galra. White hair then may be screaming, IM A DRUID. His mom could either hide all his galra features or none, and since the galra wouldn’t take too kindly to a human walking around and Haggar would certainly want more druids Keith had to be disguised and left on earth. Acxa however went with her mother since she had no magic and would be safe as a normal halfbreed would be.

I really hope this is true since it fills some holes. Also white haired Keith guys. He’s HOT.
