before anything else, this is a c!technoblade reader insert fic, not the cc. fly high king we miss you o7

its been a while since i've done this, and man.

ANYWAY here i present another scrumptious fic rec! i love love love the characterizations and the rollercoaster of emotions here and there; and as you know, i love isekai type fics and i HAD to draw the mc of this particular story.

this is mostly just mc, and i call her cessa (from Cassandra of Greek Mythology, ifykyk) as a placeholder name and she is my darling girl, and apparently schlatt's too!

now for the stuff i put in great detail;

its been a rough minute since ive drawn anything and im still geting used to the lasso pen so heres like, kinda one of the first works out there with me using it ,, please dont crucify me /hj

faq: why is she wearing a 1800's regency era dress? because i love the design!! also in line with the theme of how i see her; she is technically the president's daughter (??? MAN THIS FANFIC THROWING ME BRICKS BRO AND THEY ARE UNKISSED) and with all the stuff going on, she deserves to feel and dress pretty other than the suit they gave her there.

other than that, she is indeed under schlatt's protection (forcefully and reluctantly, mind you) and theres even a section where schlatt just lets her buy whatever clothes she wants, and i had her wear this specific dress when she first used the mace (poor tubbo) as a statement that says i was born into this world not a few days ago, but i will not be secluded in a gilded cage as some tool to be used for foreseeing the future, or a lauhgingstock just because all of what i said seemed absurd. i will make and unmake this world, and damned it if it leaves my purple stained fingers raw.

im also projecting a lot because i watched bridgerton and i love the dresses there and i wish i can wear them but its hot as hell outside so yeah NEXT

ok ok ok. cassandra of troy ... where do i begin. her story is incredibly interesting ! she is known for being blessed with clairvoyance aka seeing into the future but is cursed that people will never believe her all because some greek god is butthurt about being friend zoned. sounds familiar, huh? except the friend zoned a god part ofc

in line with techno's several streams talking about greek mythology, i decided to give her that name because I KNOW it fits her, and im sure techno would probably call her that playfully at first, and then affectionately.

i HOPE author here does not use this, but the imagery of papa schlatt softly and gently calling her 'cessa' before dying of a heart attack, debunking his canon last words in the series. why do i hear boss music

pre-war/revolution, cessa wears her hair in a ponytail, and as she sneaks off to see the rest of pogtopia, her hair slowly unravels as a symbolic representation of her freedom from schlatt. after the revolution, it's just let down. she does tie it along the way, but she still just lets it down most of the time

btw, cessa is mostly based of kate bridgerton, daphne bridgerton-hastings, and eloise bridgerton hihi you can also tell which of these outfits are worn during a specific time in the fic's timeline based off from her hairstyles and some indicative motifs hehehe

Theme: Tournaments

So, we've got the Malewife tournament, right? What if every other crew character got their own tournament? That's the basic idea

1. If Tubbo had to have a tournament with their au selves, what would they bee competing in and who would win and how? I'm also gonna add Halloween rp Tubbo into there pretty please ^^

2. If Wilbur had to have an Edginess tournament with his au selves, who would win and how?

3. If Tommy had to have a pogness tournament with their au selves, who would win and how?

4. The Blades are just fighting. Fault The Blade is excluded for being op but can watch from the sidelines. The Altars Blade gets to bring his Tommy with ^^

5. If all of your characters competed in a tournament for the best character, in which the goal is to make you proclaim them as your favourite, who would win?

The most quinessential Tubbo would I suppose be how well they can fill the best friend archetype. Cause Tubbo tends to fill a lot of different roles in my stories (pacifist, damsel, mad scientist, traitor, parent) but the best friend trait is very consistent. I don't think Halloween would do well from the being separated for quadrillions of years and being mind shattered, unforchie. In the same vein of the malewife tournament, there's multiple rounds of things like, 'how to cheer up Tommy', 'how to not be co-dependent', 'how far would you go for Tommy'. I think Mandatory Family Reunion Tubbo wins purely by having nothing awful going on, having zero trauma, and over all just being normal enough that the relationship can't get unhealthy. Congrats. You all lost to an 11 year old.

2. Lighting Lanterns to Bring You Home Wilbur. literally goes into a centuries-long depression that sads people in a 12 mile radius To Death, and nearly kills himself + Philza. Calls himself the god of Lonliness. Which I think just barely edges out (heh pun) Chapter 3 Whumptober!Wilbur since technically he tried to destroy the world and devour his friends and family against his will (pun 2 ayo). I think edginess needs a level of intentionality to it. Lanterns has like a 5 hour long monologue about how much his life sucks, it's in iambic pentameter, rhymes, uses lots of archaic language, and also forces literally everyone in the room to cry so hard they nearly pass out.

3. The Lambs Wolves Wear is the most pogchamp, because he does a bunch of fire breathing tricks and then shapeshift into tony hawk or spiderman (I don't know who kids think is pog) and everyone loses they minds. 116 East Normal Street loses unanimously because he tried to show him he could shoot a hole through the side of the mountain but the moment they saw the tutu it was Over.

4.Altars Techno does NOT want to bring his Techno are you CRAZY?! Now hw has to run around after a baby on the battle field. Nightmare. As for who wins, that's tough. Not Altars, he's purely a protection god now. I'm stuck between Lanterns and Lord! because on the one hand, Lanterns just IS a war god who is immortal and has presumably a lot of fighting powers beyond just the scythes and teleportation.....but also we never see those fighting skills so it's hard to put a definitive power level to him. However, we see Lord! Techno fight, and he fights like hell, especially up against bs magic. So I figure he could evade Altar's blood magic too. Lord! took on the Fae King, Lanterns got beaten by humans (if on a technicality) so I say win goes to Lord, what fools these mortals be! Techno since the rules never said it was to the death. He keeps physically ripping people's spells in half, shooting volleys of crossbows that pick off the human/weaker Technos, using all manner of magic items against them.

5. Technoblade walks on stage and is immediately showered with confetti and applause. He goes 'HAEH'. It isn't a competition.

I love reading c!sbi fics where in tommy never really does truly trust the sbi.

Like especially when the sbi has already hurt tommy, and he doesn't forgive them—not truly. He may be comrades with them, but their relationship will never truly go past that. Like he's holding onto the grudge.

Actually c!tommy is more forgiving than me because I would not have forgiven them dumbasses if they did what they did to tommy to me. This is probably why I seeth so badly when reading dark sbi fics 😭; cus like tommy—stand up for yourself!! They just kidnapped you and detained you, refusing to set you free for gods sake!

Of course not to say that I don't love these kinds of fics, I absolutely absolutely love them. Why else would i read it? But also I have to say reading these kinds of fics requires a certain level of patience that isn't usually available to me everyday 😭. It's exactly why I only read them during low stress days 💔.
